BT Feature Request: Remove missed call from queue members if answered
For BT Accounts Call Answered Elsewhere status is not implemented yet.
Remove the missed call notification for queue members when another queue member answers the call. Only display missed call notification when no one in the queue answers the call.1 vote -

Fax cover page receiver Incorrect information
In RC app (Jupiter)
Sent Fax on multiple contact with the same number will always show the first contact saved on the sent list
In Fax cover page of the actual fax, it will prioritize by order alphabetical & number
so if you have 3 contact with the same number like eg, Test 1 test 2 Test 3
in Fax cover page it will be always Test 1 that will show.1 vote -

Option for Super Admins to configure the Auto-Receptionist in the RingCentral app.
It will be beneficial to have the option of configuring the Auto-receptionist setup like changing where the call will be routed to in the RingCentral app and not just the admin portal for the Super Admins of the account.

Manually provide call recording disclaimer and record all calls
So you are telling me if I turn off Smart ACR, I have no choice but to have the disclaimer play automatically for every single call and there is no way around that? When I first onboarded, they told me there was a work around. If there is not, I was given false information prior to signing the contract.
Wants to have a feature to do manual call recording, disclaimer, or manually provide it to their client or customer,a nd make sure that all calls are still recorded in the system

Trigger by minutes of wait/hold in RingCentral SMS Automator
When on hold for a minute customer would like to automate SMS to send the caller SMS providing options depends on their company preference (Trigger is not available on RingCentral Automator)

Silent Incoming Call Notification
The Mobile App should provide an option for Silent Incoming Call Notifications, where the incoming call pop-up is displayed without playing a ringtone.
Alternatively, the app could allow users to upload custom MP3 files as ringtones, enabling the use of a silent audio file to achieve the same behavior. This would give users flexibility to configure their preferred notification style.

Outbound Caller ID for Extension Name
We would like to have an option to enable something on the account so the name of the extension calling will show as caller id so our clients will know who is calling. When calling out, it should show the caller ID name, the caller ID number and the caller ID specific on the name of the extension calling. Or you can just add more characters on the caller ID name

If we cannot for privacy purposes be able to monitor the actual messages, we should be able to monitor at least how quickly they are getting responded to.

Request to allow address information in the Name field during Personal contact import.
The current system rejects this format, for which is an issue for customers who use addresses as contact names.

Change the name for the numbers in the RC app when choosing the outbound caller ID
We are using the RC app for some time now, every time we try to call outbound and choose what caller ID to use it only shows the number as Direct number, primary number, we would like to be able to set a name for the number so we can easily remember which location the number is assigned to.
