  1. So far ring central cannot upgrade phone for out of warranty device even the equipment is purchase from them. I (the customer )will appreciate if this is an option without extra cost. case id 21865730

  2. PLEASE add a separate icon for voicemail on the left where you can customize tabs. The one for Phone the alert number includes missed calls and voicemails. There really really needs to be one just for voicemails.

  3. The current configuration in RingCentral allows for device names to be modified within the admin portal. However, there is a missing feature where these device names are not reflected on the switch port name, making it challenging for network administrators to identify devices connected to specific switch ports. Introducing the ability to display device names on switch port names in RingCentral would greatly enhance network management and improve overall visibility.

  4. When corresponding with people from different countries, I have to constantly check the local time of the person I am writing to (so as not to disturb the person during non-working hours). I propose to make it possible to put your local time in the status, which would be updated in real time. An approximate implementation in the screenshot below.

  13. Create a a tab for the text messages views that shows which messaging threads you have not responded to (i.e. the other person sent the most recent message). As someone who reaches out to hundreds of numbers every day, this would help me ensure that no one goes without a response!

  15. As an organization, we have found that standard users of RingCentral have too much control over their settings. In this example, users can change their meeting service preference which leads to poor user experience. We do not currently have a preference but instead would like to be able to control this setting as an organization. Leaving standard users without this control.

  20. Add an option that will be on/off that forces callers to press 1 to ring an extension. This would reduce spam calls. Example when enabled: "You have reached the extension of _________ to continue this call please press 1." If they press 1 continue processing the call. If not send to VM or even disconnect.
