Voicemail message received by a specific group
The customer wants to have a feature wherein they can press/dial an extension from their physical phone to leave a voicemail message then it will be received by a specific group of people through voicemail's alert in their phone. This is convenient to leave an announcement to a certain group which they had from their previous provider.

You can add a report to pull up only the calls made from certain extensions and set it to daily or weekly etc. For example, we want only the report for 5 agents that are working on a certain sector of the company.

Wanted functionality whenever anyone makes an outbound call through the Ipad phone app, you have a functionality to choose Ringcentral app as a dialer. Current Ipad air version doesn't show the Ringcentral app as an option within the Ipad's phone app to make calls.

Edit individual events within a repeating schedule.
If an event is set to "repeat", ex. weekly or monthly, it would be helpful to have the option to edit the description section (and possibly other details, like the "location") of single events within the series...for example, a weekly meeting that features a different topic each week.

Add option to see how many people are waiting in queue groups.
It would be nice to be able to monitor how many people are waiting in a certain call queue group and what the average wait time for that group is. This would be helpful for assigning users to different queues they dont normally handle when wait times are high.

Incoming caller ID name should not show on other extension
Caller would like not to show the caller ID name on the extension when receiving calls.Example:Caller ID name should only show on the main super admin extension when receiving calls and on the other extension should only show number.

Closing call window with X close button does not end call
We have had a few users who have chosen to close an active call by hitting the X close window button and not the red end call button. They get a pop up that says the call will end when the window closes, but it does not. The call stays active and can still be heard. This has been resolved only by closing and relaunching Teams, killing and and restarting the plug in or restarting the laptop. I tested on a couple system. One had plug in 23.1.30 and closing the window ended the call. All other systems are on…

When we disable the call waiting on RC the call waiting tone is fast busy instead of the regular busy tone and we would like it to be the regular busy tone.

Allow different payment methods per cost center
For each cost center, allow a different credit card or invoice payment. Currently there is only 1 payment method and a backup method allowed. Customers with multiple businesses or separated billing cannot be accomplished automatically.

Save meeting ID
When joining a meeting ID for a conference room that has the same ID set, it would be useful to be able to select from a recently joined meeting to be able to attend that conference room meeting again without having to type in the meeting ID each time.

RingCentral App Customize Call History
The "All Calls" screen will accumulate weeks and weeks of calls that takes me some time to delete. I wanted to be able to set the "All Calls" screen to only show the last 10 calls, +/-. I do not need volume of calls that accumulate on this screen.
