Currently, the module is restricted to displaying a maximum of 48 name/number entries, and manual configuration attempts are rejected by the RingCentral server. It would be nice to be able to select within our call rules to have for only internal users in our RingCentral account to come through normally, but all external callers route directly to voicemail. For example, when an employee dials the 4 digit extension, as oppose to when someone dials the full direct line number.

  11. 087 and 084 numbers are considered "low-call" rate (charged at around 3p per minute) and many companies use this for contacting clients etc. 09 numbers are considered premium rate (charged at 25p - £2.00 per minute). These 3 options are currently bundled under "Premium" within Service WebWould it be possible to separate 087 and 084 into 1 group and keep 09 on its own?

This feature request aims to enhance the functionality of Jamaican Virtual Numbers by allowing them to receive calls from local Jamaican numbers as well.   16. As part of account administration and granting access to features in RingCentral, is seems very inflexible that a user can only belong to a single role. If just a single additional permission is needed, you have to create a whole new role each time and change the role the person is a part of. This seems like a lot of overhead and management of many user roles. It would be ideal if a user could be part of multiple roles so that permissions are additive.
