  1. Is there a way to change the default auto delete time on a voicemail box from 5 days to 30 days? We are a medical clinic, and it would be very useful to have deleted items last longer in the event of an incident with a patient.

It would be a much better user experience if RingCentral had the capability to automatically add Live Report License when user is added to Dashboard and in turn automatically remove Live Report when they are removed from a Dashboard.This whole thing of needing to transfer a license to another user if one is removed and another is added is not a good UI experience for RingCentral customers and also adds unnecessary work for your RingCentral support teams.

  4. We can see the current status by going to "Phones Systems >> Phones & Devices >> Paging Devices". It would be beneficial to receive notifications when the status changes from online to offline or offline to online.

  5. It would be helpful if statuses were visible on the task bar. That way, when the application is minimized on my desk top, I can see that I have myself in available or do not disturb. I continually forget to double check my status is available when coming back from lunch or the bathroom at work.

  6. Please allow pasting image directly into chat without having to create new notes. Just like Microsoft Teams. Creating new notes is obscuring the clarity of the images.

  9. MESSAGING / TEXT / SMS - When searching for a team member in the Contact list you can either send a message to their Extension or their assigned numbers. It is possible to hide every number EXCEPT the extension.Would like an option to hide the extension so that the contact list is just a list of personal numbers. Sending some messages to the extension, and some to the contact number makes multiple, confusing places for messages to live. Messages that are sent to extensions instead of direct numbers are not tracked in the billing exports for compliance reasons.

  10. RingCentral Phone can automatically reduce file size of a picture and send SMS/MMS.RingCentral Desktop app does not have this funtion. Please add this feature, it is very convenient. We are forced to switch to RingCentral Desktop application due to RC Phone Window App unreliability.

I am wondering if RingCentral would allow a feature with an option to view more contact information such as Name, Title, Company, and Notes when viewing in Contact.More specifically, under Quick View or Personal. I work with insurances direct contact and handle patient calls. It would be helpful to know who I am speaking with.OR if we can have the option to create another Contact Category and assign them to our added personal contact that would suffice. Setting up some programming to have your voicemail read a user's custom status would be very helpful so users didn't have to setup a new voicemail recording every time they were going to be out of the office for any extended period. Something like "John Smith is 'Out of Office', leave a voicemail?" or "John Smith is 'In a meeting until 3:30'. Leave a voicemail?"

    • It will be useful because like many other company we have a long lists of number that need to be input as blocked numbers.

    Who would benefit from it?
    • It will benefits the admin users as it will ease the process.

    How should it work :
    • The current process : user copy & paste or type each phone/tel number to the input box of blocked calls Tab under Screening, Greeting & Hold Music.

  18. In user settings / group memberships , it would be a good option to be able to select mutiple call queues at the same time when you want to remove the user from them .

  19. If an inbound call is not answered, we should be able to have the option to either leave voicemail or to choose to forward the call to a call queue of other employees that could assist the caller.
