  1. Your site boasts accessibility on the app, but what about desk phone? There needs to be enhanced mobility features for the desk top phones from potential screen reader when you press a button (ie press Transfer- it says "transfer") to eliminating the time out on transfer or phone navigation as it is difficult/slow for people with mobility or vision issues to navigate quickly without losing calls.

When someone is dial to the site main number after business hours then the super admin or assigned extension user is receiving this call directly but the extension user is not able to identify the caller from which site number he is receiving this call when you have multiple sites created in RingCentral.

  4. Currently cannot login to account with uOrgin ad blocker enabed. Have no issues with AWS, Azure or O365 with it enable only RingCentral.

  5. It would be nice to add an option for organizations to post their management tools inside the ring, such as a small static page that can be modified over time so that companies can post there the links they use, their tabs, or other documents.
    This would help to avoid using other applications such as drive, trello, dropbox or web pages. So that we don't have to go out of the ring to do all our jobs.

  6. Like on our cellular could be cool the be able to include the extention with a "break".On iphone i thing it's the ",". So we can work with "callto:" link and add the extention in our contact.

  8. The customer wanted to have the ability to set up different outbound caller ID numbers on the line keys of their expansion module for their users to be able to call out using their company numbers without having to change it on the service web.

  10. The old Office @ Hand app had the "hub" button where you could see who was on a call and who they were on a call with. You call also see what #s were on park. This was very useful for many reason to all of my team members. Please consider adding something similar to the new Office @ Hand App

  13. Add a button while you are calling someone to the options like "Hold, Mute, etc" in order to be able to multitask faster. Before it was easy to send but the new update it's hard to be able to send them at the same time due to having to copy the number over again to send a text.

  15. The new RC is just a vast, white landscape of text. Not having any color blocks to help the eye find things is a bad move. Also, moving the bottom manu to the left side was a mistake - now the app needs more real estate on the screen, which is not desirable - it's hard to have the app up and also have adequate workspace on the screen.

  18. We need more filters! Currently I can only filter by contact. I should be able to filter by inbound calls, outbound calls, by date, length of call, company contacts, and guest contacts

  19. Some of our users have multiple lines and multiple phones. Have more than 1 Polycom phone active at the same time seem to give us problems where few percent of the call gets dropped at 1 or 2 seconds. When we start disable 1 and enable the other, the problem goes away. However when we disable and enable a line on the web portal, it retains whatever the previous setting of 8 Rings / 40 seconds. But If we disable and enable a line on the mobile app, it changes the line to 4 Rings / 20 seconds. 4 Rings…
