Toggle desktop app only from on/off for the user's call forwading.
To have an option from the call forwarding of each users to toggle on/off the desktop app so they can have an option to get incoming calls either from RC Phone app only or from desktop app only.

Add RingCentral phone link handler to browsers on install
When I click a web link, RingCentral isn't on the list of available phone apps by default in Chrome, Edge, IE. Firefox allows you to pick a program from Windows file explorer, but the other 3 don't, they just provide a static list.RC should ask to be set as the default phone link handler and update whatever registry value necessary, or at the least it should add itself to the potential program list to handle

Call Forwarding from an extension to a co-worker
It would be extremely helpful to have the call queue set up so co-workers with only the desktop app (no physical phones) can have calls forwarded to them from a specific extension. That way, if an employee is busy and needs help with phone calls, then a co-worker can pitch in and have calls forwarded to them. For example (names and extensions made up), both Nick and Joe only use the desktop app and do not have physical phones, but Nick at extension 123 needs help with his phone calls. Directing operator email notifications for non-assigned or non-direct telephone numbers
Currently, SMS and fax email notifications for non-assigned/non-direct telephone numbers are emailed to the email address that is set in the RingCentral operator extension.The only way to redirect those email notifications is to change the email addresses used by the operator's extension, or to add a specific extension to unassigned or non-direct (i.e. auto-attendant) telephone numbers. In RC app/Glip, allow converting one-on-one conversations to Team (or some other archive option)
When a user is removed from Ringcentral, all Glip group or one-on-one conversations with that user are lost. With groups, you can convert them to a Team prior to deleting the user to conserve the conversation, but you can't do this with one-on-one conversations. It would be helpful to have the same ability to convert a one-on-one conversation to a team (or some other archive method), to preserve the conversation, as there are often important details, links and files that will be lost otherwise, once the user is removed from RingCentral.

Automatic SMS replies
We are a business and we have had some issues with people texting our main line. We would like to disable SMS messaging to our main line and some extensions. We would still like the options of sending SMSs in the future so we don't want to disable it permanently. The other thing that would be really helpful is if there was an automatic outgoing message to anyone who sends us an SMS. This will insure that people will know they can't text us but still provides our business information for those looking.

Print or copy text, or export to Word
I'm a lawyer. I need to print my text conversations. Please add this feature. It is difficult for me to have to take screenshots of my conversations on a text with a client. Why not a feature where you click on a box next to a text or texts, then copy to clipboard or print or export to Word. It's that simple. I need this feature done please.

Provide non-updating Desktop App versions on a download page
Our instituion uses the non-update version of RC App for distribution via automated channels to our users desktops. These versions are apparently still maintained, but now we have to request RC staff provide us copies since the downloads.html no longer provides these version.This is inhibiting speedy roll out of new versions, such as 22.1.4 that RC explicitly emailed our team saying it needs ASAP deployment to match new features like Location Awareness. Our support staff needs a more automated way to retrieve downloads and on-demand. We will only be updating as fast as RC permits ... which is not very…

Allow users to add disposition codes for calls on RC MVP
Customer would like to be able to add in a reason code at the end of a call in order to know which phone calls to charge back to a particular client. Similar to dispositions and tags within the Contact Centre. Use case is for a recruitment firm who make lots of recruitment calls on behalf of their customers. Each call that they make they would like to be able to add a code to it so that they can run a report and show how many calls to charge back to the customer.
