Add Cisco ATA191-MPP to supported devices
All yours supported devices Cisco PAP2T, SPA 2102 or SPA 122 ATA already end-of sale and end of support. I am unable to provision a new device Cisco ATA191-MPP. Show address in contact profile & maybe be able to edit what information is showing
I would like to show the address in the contact profile. We have the office 365 contacts connected and in outlook we have the address listed but when you look in the ringcentral profile, it is only showing the mobile number, email and department. Can we change what shows? Can we have just the primary email show and not all three that are attached to the account?

Better Verbal Voicemail number read out
RC when listening to VM the number reads out as one long number and would like it to either say the number as a telephone number or read each digit seperately.

Add ability to scroll through conversations with keyboard
Right now it's hard to scroll through conversations with the mouse or laptop mouse pad. Normally this is something in other apps that you can use the down button, but for this it does not work.

Android App UConnect Bluetooth support
Teams, Voice, Phone, and all of my other audio apps can interface with my car's built-in UConnect audio system, but not RingCentral.It would be really neat if RingCentral added this support so I don't have to take RingCentral calls on speaker.

Ring groups and call queues should follow phone numbers and extensions, NOT APP LICENSES.
We are in a large enterprise where RC Phone licenses are often recycled. While it is true that with due diligence a terminated employee would be removed from their ring groups, this doesn't happen yet as often as it should. So, their license is disabled and deleted into the unassigned extensions bin. Then a new employee in a different state acquires THAT unused license, with a new phone number and new extension. And now one of the phones in office B is ringing when someone calls office A (original ring group). That phone app at office B also rings when…

Ability to hard-code / specify the name for the welcome email instead of using the Admin User's name in Service Web
At present users are receiving emails from an admin's name they do not recognise and it does not look professional (almost spam). Please allow us to hardcode the name within the email so it looks more familiar. E.g. Hi xxxYour IT Team are inviting you to join RingCentral MVP.

if desktop app not enabled then disable queue
When a users desktop app is not activated, this is not reflected in any of the queues they are in, so their extension still rings, can it be set that if the desktop app is not active then neither are the queues

Monitoring for virtual fax
Hello,
We're using a virtual fax line. All incoming/outgoing faxes & confirmations are getting forwarded to a specific email distribution list. This is working fine. However, I was asked if we can setup monitoring in case some of our clients are unable to send us faxes. I opened Case Number #13289153 for this & the engineer informed me that the fax errors will never get sent to the distribution list. He said the only way to view this info is if we login to the portal & manually extract the info.

One can appreciate the robust nature of your platform that appears to be scalable. But is it? When was the last time you checked your training/university platform for onboarding the sole-proprietorship use case? Please review your platform for useability by single user businesses, OR - provide a disclaimer that indicates your company has moved on to cater to corporate teams (which is perfectly fine - we just need to know whom you are serving... think transparency xoxoxo). As a phone service you should have someone available to talk on the phone to service a company trying to pay you for SMS
I am trying to talk to someone at ring central and cannot get anyone and cannot find a way to pay for SMS services etc.

Allow OGMs from Prompts Library to be assigned to individual user's extension's voicemail boxes.I have certain users who prefer to have professionally recorded voicemail Outgoing Messages. I wish we could assign those sound files in the Prompts Library to individual users, rather than just to company wide extensions or queues.

Export tasks to Google or Outlook calendar
We use a Google Calendar to manage office appointments and meetings. Would be nice to export tasks to the calendar so we can keep everything centralized.

It would be very, very helpful if we could receive a notification reminder for unfinished tasks.
lets say I want the floors mopped once a week. It doesn't matter which day so long as it gets done once a week. So I create a task for it and my employee gets a notification on Monday to mop the floors but if he doesn't remember to do it that day it is simply forgotten because there are no reminders. It would be nice if another notification was sent at least daily to remind the user that he/she has an uncompleted task. Everybody would benefit from this . It would help the employees to do a more effective…
