The customer wants to use a different ring central phone number/caller id name to his own ring central account caller id option.

Email-to-fax contact name should be the same with the RingCentral app
When receiving fax via email from the main fax number, it should show the contact name listed not the default name or number only so that we can easily identify where the fax came from.

Meeting link for RC direct and BT CW
-BT CW user generates a video meeting link (i.e. https://video.cloudwork.bt.com/join/) they get redirected to a web page to join a meeting BT Cloud Work
-RingCentral user generates a link for a RCV meeting and shares.
-BT CW user clicks on the link (i.e. https://v.ringcentral.com/join/) they get redirected to the BT Cloud Work desktop app to pick it up and open the meetingCustomer would like to easily join in the meeting even they used 1 company uses 2 separate organizations to conduct business RC direct and BT CW.

Turn off or Modify the email recipient for every changes on the account
Customer would like to modify the recipient and who can be contacted regarding the questions on the changes on the account.

Real "Hot Desking" - Enable temporary use of any phone hardware by any extension
RC has a frustrating limitation:
When configuring phone hardware, Phone must be set up as EITHER a "User Phone" or a "Common Area Phone".
-The only way "hot desking" login is possible is to configure device as a "Common Area Phone".
-"Hot desking" login by other users is impossible on any "User Phone" devices.
-Fun fact: Every night any users signed into a "Common Area" type phone are forcibly logged out, necessitating the login process EVERY MORNING for the phone to work.Consider this case:

Give admins the ability to disable external messaging for specific users
It would be great for external messaging could be controlled at a user level. For instance we might want sales to have the ability to utilize this feature, but not engineers. Currently I don't see a way to restrict this at that level. It is ether on or off.
Also, the ability to see what users are sending and receiving externally.

Separate the ability to turn off configuration level change notifications from normal workflow notifications.
We must turn off admin/configuration level notifications separately from normal workflow notifications.
We do not want end users to be notified that they have been added or removed from a call group.
We want users to be notified they have a missed call.In our onboarding meeting today, our RingCentral specialist indicated it was all or nothing.

Include an indicator of the Primary Number when downloading a User List
We would like to request to include an indicator of the Primary Number on the report when downloading a User List on the Admin Portal.
The current setup only shows all the phone numbers assigned to the users which doesn't indicate whether a number is a Primary Number or a Direct Number.

Option for uploading key templates to all phones.

Swap the button for video to camera
When going to send a message on the right hand side you have the video button available. It would be great to allow users to change that button to either camera or any other option.
