We have multiple sites with the receptionist and nurses sharing mailboxes and we need this increased as soon as possible so we can support our workflows.

As a IT director for a health organization there needs to be ways to audit programs and their phone calls we need to be able to have program directors able to monitor more than 5 VM's

Yes, please! Additional personnel rotating or managing call queue voicemails would be a huge business requirement & feature.

We have Adult and Children's duty call queues where there are a high number of staff who are on the rota, therefore we require no restrictions on the number of voicemail recipients.

Yes please. We have queues with over 15 members and have to currently restrict voicemail access to a max 15.

Using outbound callers to set appointments, the callers who make appointments often get called back when an appointment needs to cancel, often times after that caller is done for the day. We have sent representatives over an hour away many times to an appointment that was cancelled via VM on an outbound callers phone. If we had the ability to add our schedule coordinator as a co-recipient to every phone line (14 for us), this would be prevented entirely. We dont need unlimited co-recipients, but 5 for all intensive purposes is the same as 0. Please raise the limit

users are able to manage voicemails in app through this feature. regional managers are not able to view all of the voicemails they manage under the limit of 5

NC Dept of Public Safety. First Responders Crisis Line. They use voicemail co-recipients to cover their 24/7 Crisis First Responder hotline. They rotate on call personnel to cover managing after hours voicemails as responders who are in public shootings or who need mental health services will call and leave a VM. Need to increase to more that 15.

this is very important for CX because VM on CX as a link is terrible, having the shared VM has been helpful but if you more than 4 queues you can't provide options to leave Voicemail. Sound files attached to email creates more duplication for VM.

If we could increase the amount of co-recipients added to the voicemail, that would very helpful with our company's needs. We need the number to be at least 25 for our needs.

Increasing the amount of co-recipients that can be added to a voicemail is mission critical for our company. Currently, it is limited to 15. We would like that number to be increased to at least 25.

Each voicemail box can have a maximum of 15 co-recipients.

Each user can be a co-recipient of up to 5 voicemail boxes.
Many customers, especially those in management or HR roles, require voicemail notifications to be accessible to a larger group. A common use case is for an employee call-in line, where multiple managers or supervisors need access to voicemails for absence tracking.

Feature Request:

Increase the co-recipient limit per voicemail box beyond 15 users.
Allow greater flexibility in assigning users to multiple voicemail boxes.
Alternatively, provide an option to send voicemail notifications to a distribution list without individual user limits.

The customer has users with the need to access more than 5 shared voicemail boxes (which is the current limit) to be able to perform their jobs efficiently. They would like the option to increase the limit to 10 shared voicemail boxes for select users.

As a top RingCentral partner we work with a ton of organizations of all different sizes and we see this limitation come up very frequently. Even if we could increase the number of co-recipient mailboxes for a user up to 10, that would be great progress and satisfy a lot of clients. However, even more would be fantastic.
