  2. Hi, It would be helpful if we have the ability to enable SMS feature for New Zealand numbers. It will be a big help if users can communicate thru SMS with their clients in New Zealand using their New Zealand number as SMS ID.

  3. When setting hours for each individual queue, there are two overriding options, 24/7 and Custom. I think if ytou add another one, "Use Company Hours", then for companies that have mulitple queues, they only need to change their hours in one place instead of for every queue. Around holiday time, it takes a long time if you have 10+ queues to update.

  5. I'm working on a PoC with prospect UNIGESTION that is in the bank industry in Geneva. They are very sensitive with Security concerns , they love the RC app client but needs a way to disable completely the App's integration icon and any app integration in all the RC app client. This is currently a show stopper to close the deal.

  6. One of my clients uses ringcentral. I dread being the first caller to one of their conference calls, because the default hold music is repetitive and (totally my opinion) awful.I may be the only person in the world that doesn't like it, but in the off chance that other people groan and roll their eyes every time it starts playing... I'd love this service so much if there was the option to press a button while holding, and have the music just turn off. Really like the new Week/Month Evenets Calendar but would hope to see Tasks listed there too, like it was in Classic Calendar.Also would be better if the view selection of Week/Month was sticky so that whenever selecting Events in the sidebar it returned to the most recently selected view instead of going back to the Events list every time - maybe just add a Calendar link to the left panel/sidebar that goes to that view?

  9. Use case: When I am looking at my @mention feed, I am forced to see all my @mentions, including ones that I've already addressed. Then I have to comb through to find the ones I actually need to take action on.Possible solve: Allow me to X out or say "read" for each, and those would disappear from that feed. Then there could be a second view of that feed that includes all - you could toggle between "Action Needed" and "All."

I work on a real state company where we have different type of properties, like, land, hoses, mobile homes, townhouse, among others, and sometimes is hard to track the conversations since they are all mixed up in between them. It would help to have a "create a label" option to manage them easier.

  11. What is going on RingCentral ??????Did you sell our number to Spammers????We are getting daily calls from Spam numbers. This is getting ridiculous. If this does not stop we will Cancel our service. Please help & stop Spam calls from calling our toll number. ASAP

  12. Would be nice to be able to route calls to an overflow queue when maximum hold time for the queue has been reached. Currently the only option is to send the call to voicemail. The ability to send the call to another call queue would be very helpful.

  13. The maximum allowed talktime using the Polycom phone is currently set to 4 hours by default and can be maximized up to 8 hours only. It would be better if we can set the hours of phone taltime to unlimited .

  14. The incoming caller ID information provided to an added member in a phone sys. group queue extension and call routing detail given to the caller differ when an Active custom rule is used. The member needs to know when calls being received are from the call queue line and not passed through directly to their programmed Home ring group queue number. Without the rule Active, callers are being told that their call is routing to the queue Name and not "Please hold while I try to connect you" message. Can the custom rule call details match the non-custom rule handling/setting…

  16. When messaging in glip, if both parties have messaged each other a lot within a given timeframe, then glip pops up a suggestion to have a call immediately instead. If both parties are happy to do so, it immediately connects a call. Hopefully increasing productivity and the chance to speak to a face too

  18. For busy extensions that receive a high volume of voicemails, it would be nice to have the option receive a voicemail notifications at certain quantities. ie. when voicemail reach 5, 10, 15, 20, ect. Instead of a notification for each. Especially if it's only email notification.

  19. We are using Ring Central Teams for implementations. Many tasks stay the same and we just need to alter due dates. Would love to be able to export a list of tasks from one ring central team chat, modify dates and then import into a new ring central chat team. Right now I have to enter each task manually over and over again for each implementation we do.

  20. Currently, on Glip (RC Unified app), under Direct Messages, whoever sends you the most recently message will be the one to appear first on the list.Along with that, there is also be a way for users and admins to filter out the list of users alphabetically.
