  1. We had an office emergency in our office yesterday, and we needed everyone to clear the building ASAP. I was able to send a Direct message to all users. Afterward, I was wondering if there was a way to send an emergency notification to all our employees that would interrupt any call with a message.

  3. Currently, inbound faxes are directed to a phone number, which can be less straightforward to verify and manage. Client is concerned about phishing and bogus faxes containing potentially infected attachments. This issue has heightened the need for a more secure and easily verifiable fax address.

    We would like to request a feature that allows us to use a simplified, easily recognizable address for inbound faxes. This could be in the form of an email address or a unique identifier that is simpler to verify compared to a phone number.

  6. User status is based on the Messaging side of the App if that is enabled, and not the Telephony side. It is possible for some people not to have the Messaging features enabled.

  7. Currently, the On-demand and Automatic Call Recording announcement can only be set in the "Main Site". Businesses that have other sites or different call routing for other languages don't have the option to create a separate call recording announcement with a different language.

    It would be better if Automatic and On-Demand call recording announcements have the option to create another announcement with a different language that can be set to the call routing to the department who handled the customer calling with a different language and for the caller to also understand the announcement.

  12. auto delete SMS after a day on a user level

    or SuperAdmin capability to manage data retention policy for a user level

    If you log in as SuperAdmin on the RC App> click on Settings > Administration> Messaging> Manage beside Manage data retention policy, you can set it to delete after 1 day. This will delete other messages too like voicemails and faxes.
    This however would apply to all users for the account so possible we can apply this to only one user.

  13. For large retail business, it is difficult to enable HUD feature on each device mobile App. Customer wants to enable HUD by default or from Service Web enable for all users. We have a potential customer with 3000 Zebra devices wants this functionality.

  14. When you have the desktop App and the Plug-In parallel working and you have a call/conference started on the desktop App, the presence status on the Plug-In does not change - (much more you somebody can call you - you know: no consistent busy management as we know - other topic).

    please add an email button that can be used to send mails to to the contact in the call history (if the callee is a known contact with email provided). Please add the same email button on the contact view. The button should trigger to open the default intalled mail client and add the callee's mail in the "to" field.

  20. Currently after a warm transfer is completed to a call queue, the user that received the transfer sees the caller ID information of the user that made the transfer instead of the ID of the person that they are on the phone with after the transfer.

    We are on 24.3.252.11815. This is critical for us for agent callbacks to customers for technical queries and needs to be fixed.
