Add the ability to include Limited Extensions in Call Queue groups.
currently only User lines can be added a member of a call queue. please add the ability to add Limited Extensions to a call queue.

Cisco 8861 should appear 2 lines under the name of the user instead of repeatedly.
Cisco 8861 shows the name of the user repeatedly same goes with the other phones, even if they already factory reset the device, this seems to be a normal behavior and might be caused by the current firmware version. The workaround right now is we added an extension on the presence for the name of the user not to show repeatedly.

ability to remove/gray out call queue status toggle for call queue members when not allowed in service web
What we are trying to do is remove the ability of the users who are in a call queue from turning off their call queue calls. We would like to remove this option or grey it out so the queue users cannot change it.

Allow users to create a generic out of office message.
Allow users to create a generic OOO message.
Separately, they could record the time frame they will be out of the office.
This would (conceivably) allow them to record one message for reuse.
Example:
You have reached the voice mail for Veronica Lee.I will be out of the office from [variable-Start Date] to [variable End Date].
I you need immediate assistance, please contact the Help Desk.
If your request requires my personal attention, please leave a detailed message and I‘ll get back to you when I return to the office.

Admin Portal User Activation without Email Dependency

By extending the Co-Recipient feature in RCApp for voicemail to fax, this would allow organizations to have shared fax mailboxes where messages are marked as read in the shared environment. Many healthcare customers cannot send fax into email boxes due to compliance.

Allow Scheduling of Custom Rule Enablement
After a custom rule is crafted, I'd like the ability to schedule the turning on and turning off of the rule. Example: We have a site that is normally closed on Fridays, their on-hours schedule lists them as open on Fridays, so that we can still present callers with central service options. We route calls to that special IVR using a custom rule covering every Friday. They'd like to answer calls at the site on a few random Fridays -- but there is currently no easy way to schedule that.
