  1. We currently have the option to link the contacts/calendars from Google and Microsoft (Exchange and O365) and having the option to connect our Yahoo ecosystem would be a huge convenience for the many who use it.

  5. We have many sites that have their own set of purchased and reserved numbers. If we move the numbers to inventory, I don't see a way to assign a "company" number to a site once in inventory. If I assign a spare number to the site it belongs to it shows up as the selected site but loses the site and goes to "Company" when brought back into inventory. We are moving numbers from Auto Receptionist to get rid of the long list of numbers available in CallerID list. Some of our inventory numbers have a site set and I…

I need a way for multiple agents to be able to see and reply to text messages to a specific number and for the other agents to be able to see whether or not someone has already worked on it.I need to manage over their work on my main company line but only I can write from and see texts to the main company line.

  9. During a callback in queue request, offer the caller the option to record a voice message that will be presented to the agent prior to launching the callback. Offer the agent an action to launch the callback while listening to the message or automatically launch when the message is finished.This is a feature available with Mitel today.

  12. We'd like the ability to record one side of our phone calls. For example, we'd like to record our employees outbound calls, but only our side, not the customer's side. This would prevent us from having to annouce that the call is being recorded on an outbound call. Thank you!

  16. There needs to be an option to group contacts within the RingCentral app. This allows users to send specified texts to the contacts in the group, instead of just creating a group text. The groups can be labeled to better organize the conversations.
