Sync the Presence Setting from Deskphone to RingCentral App
Customers prefer to sync the presence for their phone under desk phone to their RingCentral App. So whenever they pick up a call via the RC App, their desk phone will also show as 'line is busy' with the presence feature.

One time removal of Custom Rule created under the Call handling Template applied.
The Call handling template is being applied to each user, however it created a custom answering rule for each user extension automatically. And once call handling template is deleted, the custom rule stayed on each user extension. There should be an automatic way of deleting the custom rule in each user extension once the call handling template is deleted.

Disable HUD
We have reached support and discussed with disabling HUD feature on the RC app, it turns out that the only option to disable HUD is from the User roles and for this we are notified that we need to upgrade plan to disable the feature, it would be helpful if we are able to disable this feature without Upgrading the plan

Email-to-fax contact name should be the same with the RingCentral app
When receiving fax via email from the main fax number, it should show the contact name listed not the default name or number only so that we can easily identify where the fax came from.

Meeting link for RC direct and BT CW
-BT CW user generates a video meeting link (i.e. https://video.cloudwork.bt.com/join/) they get redirected to a web page to join a meeting BT Cloud Work
-RingCentral user generates a link for a RCV meeting and shares.
-BT CW user clicks on the link (i.e. https://v.ringcentral.com/join/) they get redirected to the BT Cloud Work desktop app to pick it up and open the meetingCustomer would like to easily join in the meeting even they used 1 company uses 2 separate organizations to conduct business RC direct and BT CW.

Give admins the ability to disable external messaging for specific users
It would be great for external messaging could be controlled at a user level. For instance we might want sales to have the ability to utilize this feature, but not engineers. Currently I don't see a way to restrict this at that level. It is ether on or off.
Also, the ability to see what users are sending and receiving externally.

Fax data retention to have longer period of being in the system with higher amount of sent and received storage.
Customer would like to have an access to his fax records with higher volume of sent and receive with no limit for time of storage.

Fax without activated voicemail
Some organizations have the corporate rule, that always the real person has to take an incoming call. So voicemail must not be used in the organization.But as of today, if you use the combined user (voice&fax) you must activate for missed call 'send to voicemail'.Please find an implementation, where there is no must for this 'send to voicemail) setting
