  2. Within Call Queues there is an option for After Hours to forward voicemails to external numbers. During work hours you can send voicemails to the Call Queues extension or another extension. The customer would like the option during work hours to forward voicemails to external numbers.

  4. Customer would like to separate the activities of Desk Phone and RC App when they are paired. If the customer receives a call, if deskphone is set to ring first, there should be no effect on the RC app.

    Please include an option to enable or disable the pop-up notification for accepting or rejecting outbound calls in the application. Currently, users must either accept or reject the call before it connects, but most customers prefer their outbound calls to go through automatically.

  6. When checking call history for missed calls etc. we would appreciate to show user's availability status LED like in the chat window to see if it makes sense to call back or if the person is currently not available, on another call or perhaps inactive.

  7. Add a button to the active call window to be able to directly send a chat message (beside the "normal" buttons like mute etc.) to the user on the phone (as long as he/she is a RC user) or at least to directly jump to the related direct chat with the user.

  9. In Service Web's current design, to update the security question you'll need to go to User Details > Security > Change Password. A pop-up will appear "Your current Service Web session will be terminated after password change and you will be redirected to login page. Do you wish to proceed?"

    The pop-up indicates you are changing your password and the initial header of "Password and PIN" giving zero indication that this is also where you have to go to change the security question.

  12. When a customer calls in, we should have a prompt that allows the customer to leave their phone number to "hold" their place in the phone queue. When the customer is next in line the system calls them back to queue the call for a representative.

  13. Customer request interdigit timer to be increased for inbound caller to have more time to enter DTMF in between numbers.

    Currently the interdigit timer is 2 seconds. If the caller takes more that 2 seconds in between entering DTMF, the system routes the call.

    For example: If a caller wants to press extension 1234 and if they take more than 2 seconds to enter the DTMF in between pressing 1 and 2, it will route the call to extension 1 because it took more than 2 seconds to enter the number 2.

  16. Allow Message-Only Extensions to be Shared so voicemail left in a message only box will show in a shared User's Voicemail box on their RingCentral App. Currently a User can share their voicemail with another User but a Message only can't be shared.

  18. Currently when a user is in DND state but they are part of a call queue pickup, calls from the call queue pickup queue will still ring through to the user.
    We need DND to communicate with BLF notification service so that DND is working as expected - with no calls coming through to users in a DND state.
