  1. Right now if you give Phone System Admin Role to a user for only 1 site, they can see all IVR menus for other sites under the Auto-Receptionist.
    The user can also see under groups other site settings.

  8. If the user is added to call forwarding/call routing of other users. If they answer the call, the indicator light should appear "RED". they already engage the call / answered the call.

  9. In the favorite contacts list in the RC app, you can see the status of your favorite contacts, if they're available or on a call. But you can't see who the person is on a call with.

    In the HUD, you can see who the person is on a call with.

    Bring this feature to the favorite contact list too! I use the HUD to add contacts to my phone buttons, and don't have the same list set up on my favorite contacts.

  13. Please have an option to modify the settings and options under Auto-Receptionist > IVR Menus. Customer is requesting to have Call Handling settings same as what is on Auto-Receptionist > General Settings, that way we can easily set up each IVR's call handling without creating rules or going to Auto-Receptionist > General Settings.

  14. A small but impactful feature that other systems we've used have is an audio tone/cue when a call is disconnected, whether abruptly or when a call is naturally ended. For anyone using a softphone and using multiple windows on a screen, sometimes it is hard to know if the call was disconnected or if the window is lost somewhere on the screen. Time is spent double checking if a call is still active or not rather than having something notify you appropriately.

  15. There is a scan to fax option when sending a fax inside the RingCentral. Would it be better if there is a separate settings or tab for Scan to Fax feature inside the RingCentral app.

  16. When we were under Nextiva we set up geo-routing for the TFN phone number for Sales. if a person called from the southeast US, it would route to Georgia Sales, if the call from the Midwest, it would route to East Chicago. Everywhere else would route to South Plainfield.
