  1. Before the end of September 2022, the enter key of the NUMPAD used to work when dialing on the RING Central Desktop app. For example, you dial the number on the dial pad and then press enter on the numpad. This is greatly effecient for many of us that make frequent calls because we would use the numpad to dial the number then enter to dial the number. Easy. Now the feature is gone, with no replacing feature. Why? There is no reason to remove it. Please reinstate it.

  3. On the Admin Portal for Paging Group when they selected all device under Device to Receive Page he system give them an Alert
    You've reached the limit of 25 paging devices. To add new device to the group please deselect one of the already added devices first.They would like to have up to 65 Paging Devices added on Device to Receive Page.

  4. Getting an error submitting a large MMS file size attachment, I have to compress it first. We are a business entity so it will be helpful if the MMS file size will be increased to more than 1.5 MB.

  10. Everytime the RingCentral app is downloaded on the desktop there's a red triangle that it says "Computer dont have enough memory" new version is getting too much memory on the computer, please have an option to lower down the memory of the app on the desktop.

  12. When creating performance reports for each rep all monitored calls are counted as a call taken by the monitoring agent. we would like to exclude these to get an accurate number of calls answered/taken.

  14. applied a template to all fax extensions for them not to show under company directory and the default super admin account has already been changed but still, the fax extensions are still showing per client.

  17. It would be nice to add external contacts within the company directory. We have a dozen contractors that we do not provide phones for and to be able to add their name and cell number in the company directory would be great to where we could dial by name (and even sms/mms their phone and all other features would be grayed out, etc.).
