  9. From a client- Just thought of something that would make my life easier, I have some generic accounts that are Enabled, but not Activated. That’s because it’s just a generic email and there is no one to click the activate button. Right now I have to call or chat with RC tech support to get those accounts activated. I would LOVE if I could do this myself.

  10. We tried to primarily use Ring CEntral within TEams as that is our organizational app and we wanted to use Ring Central as the backbone of our service. However, it doesn't pull in any of the users contacts or recognize them in Caller ID. This works in the Ring Central app. It even works in Ring Central in Outlook. It just doesn't work in Teams. If the info is in Office 365 and in Ring Central, I don't see why it can't be pulled into the Ring Central app in Teams.

I am really not sure why this has not happened yet, but it would make complete sense to have the Service Center, where all users and phone profiles are setup to sync across with the RingCentral App. I am specifically referring to a User Profile, such as location, title, extension, mobile number, direct number, extension, email, call handling details and such. It almost seems like there are pieces of them that sync, but nothing like a full and fluid sync. We have desperately tried to make the location and details, including mobile numbers and Direct numbers sync between the phone…

  12. There should be an option to keep the recording for more than 90 days. Sometimes customers visit us back, and in case of some cases, we have to take out recording for last six months too. There must be an option either to transfer the call recording through FTP or save the recording for at least two years minor maximum of 2 years.

  14. Since my company only has 1 paging extension/device, it would be best to bypass the paging announcement and set the paging button on my polycom vvx 350 phone set to the extension number of the paging device.

  15. It gives you a count on the call queues side. But when you switch it to the user's the number doesn't match. It becomes a total count of the user extension all together. It will benefit to keep it separate as it pertains those abandoned call happened on the call queues side.

  16. Add an interface to allow button templates and customizing phone settings. There is already a provisioning tools setup since anytime you add someone to the HUD it adds a speed dial/monitor button to the Yealink phones.

  17. The Softkeys on Polycom VVX450 phones come preconfigured as "new call", "intercom", "DND" and "page". It would be good to be able to change these keys for all users in ring central to something more useable such as "company directory", "missed calls" etc.An new call can be made by just dialling a number so this key is wasted.
