  1. Only the Super Admin can currently access all Unassigned Devices account-wide. When making a custom role or using pre-defined roles such as "User Admin," it can only access phones that were assigned to the group or site where the user is part of.

    There should be a specific role that can access and assign all unassigned phones of the entire company.

  2. It would be helpful if the timestamps listed for incoming calls and voicemails included the TIME ZONE where the calls originate. That way, when I begin making calls to customers at 8:30 am CST, I am not calling someone on the west coast at 6:30 in the morning, nor am I having to use a time zone calculator to try and find a customer who is in an appropriate time zone. RingCentral is promoted as an app that streamlines productivity. This feature would go a long way in helping RingCentral live up to the hype.

  3. It would be great to have the ability to schedule more than one call forwarding instance at a time for a single site/number.

    For example I have a site that just requested 6 separate days worth of forwarding but each day the call goes to a different one of our sites plus the start and end times differ from one another. Would be great to be able to schedule more than one at a time as this would lessen the work load of admins who handle these.

  9. When an international SMS is received it triggers a purchase of calling credit that is not intended by the account. It is tedious to block international numbers one by one and charges already happened.

  10. Right now, we can only manually change a greeting of an IVR menu via the Prompts library (Record prompt > Call me *on your preferred number) and assign it to the prompt of the IVR menu. The same goes for the call queue.It would be great if we could have a feature/option to just dial in to upload a new prompt or greeting for an IVR or call queue.

  11. Phones configure themselves by accessing plain text configuration files hosted at a certain, RingCentral-provided URL.   12. We often send callers (or offer callers) the ability to leave a message in a message only extension, but we do not have any good reporting of how often this is being used. It would be really helpful to know when a patient selects to transfer to another extension by choice in RingCenteral, or alternatively is forced to go to a message only box

  13. As of now, screen caller only applies when dialing specific extension. However, it didn't work when dialing the Operator (pressing 0) and also on the Call Queue (since it appears to be auto accept). We would like to request that Screen Caller also applies to Operator's call handling where Screen Caller is turned on.

  14. The desktop app (at least on macOS) seems to ignore the ≈ character (U+2248 aka ALMOST EQUAL TO). On Mac you type this with option + x, but the RC desktop app types nothing.

  15. In MVP, when you select Forward All Calls to voicemail I suggest to have both calls and video calls all route to voicemail without having to set yourself to Do Not Disturb

  20. Allowing the other forwarding set up of an extension to ring directly to an incoming call to the same extension when the owner of it is currently in line. No longer ringing or notifying again the extension that there's another incoming call but jumping right to the next ring extension added on the forwarding.
