RingCentral Mobile App Separate Fax Notification Settings
Currently, we only have "Miss call VMs, faxes and text" notification settings in one option to turn on or turn off on RingCentral Mobile App. Customer only want to disable the Fax Notification.

Mobile Data option for Android Auto
When Android Auto Wireless is in use the RC app does not send through audio and tries to route the call through Wifi when no internet connection is available since it is only using wifi for the connection to Android Auto. We don't want to use our cell phone number for the calls. Direct dial data has only wifi or mobile data, wifi or carrier minutes only. You should add an option for Mobile Data Only that way RC app would not think the wifi connection is an actual live internet connection and would not use it.

After Hours includes muting text notifications
Currently, "After Hours" only routes phone calls to voicemail; it would be helpful if it also included an option to silence text message notifications as well.

When doing call forwarding I want to be able to play a recorded message then forward the call to another number
I have several locations, I want to be able when I close one location I want to be able to forward calls to my other locations. So Ideally I want a messega to be played saying that we are closed but they are being forwarded to another location.

Caller ID on a Presence Button
We are using Mitel 6940 phones. When a Employee's number rings, it would be great for his/her assistant to see a caller ID on a line added with a presence key. They can currently answer but it is not obvious that the presence line is ringing. We think a Caller ID on a presence line would make the fact that it is ringing more obvious, and more importantly the assistant knows who is calling his/her boss and can answer if needed.

Bulk import unprovisioned phones into ServiceWeb
Use case: The customer has a few 100 phones they want to import into the RingCentral Service Web so that they can streamline the provisioning process. Feature request: Add a "Bulk import" option to Service Web that allows customers to upload device Serial Numbers and align them to a device model type without assigning an MVP license or DID. That way the phones show up in the system as fully "unprovisioned"

Automated Operator Schedule by hours
It would be great, if we can set up an operator (when people call and press 0) by their work hours. For example if John only works on Thursday 8am-3pm, it would be great if we can set it up to where a system automatically makes him an operator for these hours, or anyone of our choosing based on their hours. After John is done it switches back to main operator.

Cloud backup for SMS
SMS can be backup to a third party cloud system such as iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox and ect. This is for them to retrieve it just incase the system or accidentally deleted the SMS

Adding a more detailed Result Description for the downloaded Detailed Call Logs
If I could suggest one potential improvement to pass on to the engineers to include in a future update. The downloaded Detailed Call Logs have a column for Result Description. The “Receive Error” Action Result has a Result Description of “Receive Error.” Adding a more detailed Result Description could be beneficial.

Connect an external speaker to Desk Phone
We have a desk phone used in a loud warehouse. We need a way to increase the volume of the desk phones volume for the ring tone on inbound calls substantially so workers not nearby the phone can still hear the phone ring throughout the warehouse and come to answer it when needed. We want to connect any speaker attachments or devices available that are compatible with Yealink T46U desk phone model.

I believe there is a need for a counter on the tray icon showing the number of missed notifications. This feature is currently in Teams messaging.

Multiple fax numbers for one user
Businesses often have a backup fax number and it is pretty tedious to have to go between users to check both fax numbers since only one fax number is allowed per user. Would it be possible to add the function to allow multiple fax numbers for one user so that everything would be in the same place?

Run report for 7 days but only the calls during specific hours.
I wanted to see if there is a way to set up a report that runs for 7 days but only reports on calls made from 9-5 EST?We are also looking to set up a report that captures calls that occurred "Yesterday" from 9-5 and is ongoing. Is that possible?

Use headset control buttons to answer, end, and mute phone calls
Use headset control buttons to answer, end, and mute phone calls with blue tooth headphones. We can use the earbuds but the controls don't work and the "connect" button is gone in the new version of the app (https://support.ringcentral.com/mvp/phone/phone-ringcentral-app/integrating-headset-with-ringcentral-app.html) in the Setting up USB HID devices.

The customer would like the admin portal to have settings to turn off and on the call waiting audio for RC app. To take control of all user's RC ap at the same time.
