Speed dial/Soft key option available for users in the Admin portal under Presence settings
Users will be able to set up speed dial for supported phones easily, this makes communication faster and easier for large companies.A customer actually had the option available and was able to set up the speed dial on a Poly VVX 450, and a couple of days later, the option is no longer available.

Changing the app on my phone to silent mode should not change it everywhere
I would like to have the application on my phone to be silent but I would still like to receive calls on the computer and on my extension device as normal not as in silent mode or do not disturb, basically changing the status of the application on my phone should not change the status on all the other devices connected to my account.

Record a transferred call to another extension.
To be able to capture the recording of a transferred call to another extension if both extensions have the automatic call recording enabled.

There needs to be a "Clear All" option for missed calls.
In the RC UC app, there is an option to "Delete All Call History". That option should also exist for just Voicemails, amd Missed Calls. Users should not have to delete individual Missed Calls or Voicemails. FYI, Users had this functionality in the RC Phone app.Thank you.

RingCentral to allow free third party conference call lines through their system
Currently, RingCentral does not allow users to access free conference call lines through their phones or through the RingCentral mobile app. This is a suggestion to grant users the ability to host conference calls using RingCentral devices.

Add more than one Interrupt Prompt for Call Groups
We have many departments that have more than one message they want to play while a caller is on hold. I think having the option to add more than one Interrupt Prompt would be very useful to those departments that have multiple messages they would like to give callers.

Add a Check for Updates button
I support about 50 RingCentral users across 3 different companies and I can tell you that most of them have an outdated RingCentral app.There is no Check for Updates button or link like Zoom which is a real pain as it requires manual labour to update their clients, of which, most prefer an IT support person to do.I have a ticket opened with RingCentral Support and their guidance to me was to reinstall the app to get the latest version....(duh) they said there should be an automatic update pop-up but we haven't seen one.The cost of the labour alone for…

Do not disconnect all callers when organizer leaves conference call
When a receptionist or executive assistant for example assembles a group of people in a conference call, once everyone is on the call, if the organizer then leaves the call, the entire conference call ends and everyone is disconnected. We need a way for an organizer to create a call, add a bunch of people to it, then slip out the back door without ending the call they created.

Extension only people to disable call button
I would like the option as the admin to disable the call button and all call options so stop accidental calls from happening. Then extra charges will not happen for non phone number users. The extension users can use the video calls within the team to be able to communicate via voice and to collab on projects.This feature should pass through to both the mobile app and the web application.

Break down of call journey on call logs

Allow Admin to Change Website/Location & other information in Glip Profile of End User
I would like to have the ability, as an admin, to change User Details within end Users' Glip App. Currently, there is no way to edit Location/Website and other details within an End Users RC Application. I can edit details in Admin Portal > Users with Extensions > User Details, however different fields are available for edit within the App profile. Allow the RingCentral App desktop and mobile app to function with Ring Groups
Please allow the RingCentral App to function with Ring Groups, as in, allow the user to be added to a ring group as opposed to a device. Ring Groups offer greater functionality than call queues, especially for a multi-phone store/branch type scenario (hunt/blast group). The only application besides a physical phone that works with Ring Groups is "RC PHONE", which is being sunsetted. We need to offer our workforce more options (mobile app) than just the outdated RC Phone app. Either add this functionality or expand the capabilities of call queues (on standard licensing) to offer the current Ring Group…

Settings need to stay between sessions
Right now, we have users whose settings change when they restart their computer. One in particular is their audio settings. They use a different speaker source for calls than the default computer speaker. The settings keep reverting back to the computer default instead of the user selected output.

Paying the bill.
It would be great for these who wish to pay their bill with a simple click instead of having to add a card make the payment and the deleting the card. One time payments with using prepaid cards would help.

Automatic Replies in Texts
Please consider adding automatic replies for texts, much like we have for voicemails and emails. When I go on vacation, I can set automatic replies so that if someone emails or calls me, they are reminded that I am on vacation. I would like the same functionality for texts. Being able to set up an automatic reply for my text messages that reminds my clients that I am on vacation after they text me would be very beneficial.

keyboard shortcut to dial in RingCentral App, like we have in the RC Phone App
In the RC Phone app, my team uses the short cut option-D to dial a highlighted number. Now with the RingCentral App, there is no option to dial with a shortcut, pressing option-D in RingCentral App just opens the dial pad. Highlighting a number a pressing Option-D was such a huge time saver in the RC Phone App. Please bring it to the RingCentral App as well!
