  6. When the user is on a conference call, he should be able to take another call leaving the 2 person on the conference and continue the conversation. And the user would like to be be to junp from one conference call to another.

  8. We are having an issue where the wrong caller ID is displayed when we transfer calls. When you transfer a call, if you press the speed dial on your phone, it will display the user's extension for the person receiving the transfer instead of the caller’s phone number. It is very confusing when we answer the phone expecting it was an internal call only to find an external caller. It appears that this was corrected for some other phone manufacturers, https://ideas.ringcentral.com/ideas/ENTCOM-I-48. Can you please correct it on the Mitel phones? We are using the Mitel 6940 phones.

  9. The customer is looking for the 911 Emergency Phone Location be update from the specific location mentioned in the Admin Portal. As per customer she has 30 users in the same building that will need to have specific address which include floor#,room#, hallway and direction for each deskphone.

We would like the Mexican number to show in the body of the email as clicking on the link will introduce additional steps and some users may not have a data connection at the time of the meeting.So having a phone number that may be on printed out with a meeting invite is important, especially for the Mexican number.

  12. We are putting in a network management system (AUVIK) to get a complete overview of the equipment on our network. The NMS sees the phones, but only provides basic information. Is there a way to get more information? Possiby SNMP? Our physical phones are all the Poly CCX 400.

  15. It would be great if the admin portal (service.ringcentral.com) actually took full advantage of my screen size. I have 1080p and 4k monitors, and there is a lot of whitespace on either side of the screen. Normally, that's not a huge problem, but when reviewing call logs or look ing at users, you have to scroll to the side a little bit to see all of the information.It's really frustrating that the content doesn't take up more of the screen than it does.

  16. It would be useful to sync the desktop application with the physical desk phone so that when clearing voicemails both are updated. OR when a call is answered on the desk phone it doesn't appear as missed in the desktop application

  17. Businesses often have a backup fax number and it is pretty tedious to have to go between users to check both fax numbers since only one fax number is allowed per user. Would it be possible to add the function to allow multiple fax numbers for one user so that everything would be in the same place?

  18. Use headset control buttons to answer, end, and mute phone calls with blue tooth headphones. We can use the earbuds but the controls don't work and the "connect" button is gone in the new version of the app (https://support.ringcentral.com/mvp/phone/phone-ringcentral-app/integrating-headset-with-ringcentral-app.html) in the Setting up USB HID devices.

  20. ...ension and manually hit send to. - user extension wanted to have a short cut when doing the transfer instead of pressing lot of keys on the phone they wanted one key to transfer the call - they dont want to use the presence as it has limited numbers only and they have lot of users and they wanted a short cut instead
