Create an option to remove the apps tab in the RingCentral application
Currently the apps tab is tied to the messaging feature. The only way to remove the apps option is to remove messaging from an account. It would be helpful if these were separate so that I can control whether users are allowed to add apps to their application while still maintaining the messaging feature.

Visibility into SMS messages
Besides researching and exploring the admin portal on my own, I have sought help from your support group in generating a report of SMS messages made by our users. I was told there is no such reporting capbility. Clicking on Admin Portal->Billing->Paid SMS Usage:View Log yields no records. Prior to this search, I sent a text message from my direct, to my cell.Perhaps I'm doing something incorrectly? If not, this capability is needed to keep track of the count of SMS messages.

Tag for status change
Be able to right click on a user in contact list who is busy (red) to request to be notified when they go green (available)...tag for status change alerts

Email notifications for received text messages only when text is unread after x minutes
I would like to receive email notifications for new text messages as is currently available. However, I do not want an email for each text message. There should be a setting to send email notifications for new text messages only if the message has not been read after x minutes.

Suspected robocall / scammer
Why does my phone ring when the system detects a suspected robocaller? Ring will not let the call go through but the phone still rings and is frustrating

Add Copy button to pop out confirmation window hint pathways.
I'm going through setting up park locations and kept getting stuck at a location but the system did give me a path to follow but once i hit the box so i can go where it told me if not written down or screen shot there is no way of seeing the hint path or directions without reproducing it again which I can imagine if you don't do it the first time can be frustrating. See with having only the operator having the company text then if they are gone we have to use our line and then the customer gets our number and stops calling the main number

Have Web portal and App display company name if no specific person is listed for contact
For the Web app/portal as well as the admin portal, If a specific persons information is not entered the contact will just display the phone number. Unlike how in the older RC phone app, where if the Company name is entered and no specific person, it will display the Company name. Not all contacts have a specific person attached since it is just a company wide contact. It is also helpful when looking at reports to see if it was a contact. Have not fully switched over to the new RC app because of broken things like this.

Increase SMS storage above the current 5000 message limit.
My SMS messages are automatically being deleted after a couple of months, which apparently is how long it takes me to accumulate 5,000 total SMS messages. I have an additional Ringcentral number that gets little use but would not be recognized by my customers. Ringcentral does not allow me to combine the capacity of both lines to use on one extension.

Some of my team members have shown me results from their computer where Ring Central softphone Glip all in one app takes up most of the systems recourses.

When a user locks their computer, the customer would like DND to be automatically activated.
When a user locks their computer, it would be convenient to have the app automatically enter DND mode.

Call Queue & Ring Group ring order
It would be beneficial to expand on options for incoming calls to Call Queues and Ring Groups. Having the ability to choose between simultaneous and fixed orders are good. But could we get options for circular? This would be where if Person 1 and Person 2 do not answer, then Person 3 does, then the next call, would start with Person 3, then Person, 4, Person 1, Person 2. have a setting to specify after xx days to auto delete voice mails. Many people use the voice mail to e-mail option to get their voice mail but never clean up the actual voice mail box. Add an option per user to delete voice mails after xx days 30 or 90

Rename a phone number during a conference meeting when they dial in

Access all voicemail boxes from the App
I monitor and manage 4 voicemail boxes for my organization (my personal box, my department's Call Queue box, and two Message-Only Extension boxes). At the moment, to check those boxes for voicemails, I have to log into the app to check my personal voicemails, then I have to switch over to the website and login there to check the Call Queue voicemail and the Message-Only Extension voicemails - which are located in two different folders. Delete Missed Call History
We have been told it is not within the system parameters for my phone app to "know" that someone else in the office has answered a phone call, thereby creating a HUGE Missed Call list in my App. I would like to suggest adding a feature to allow us to delete my entire Missed Call History at one time, like it is possible to delete All Call History. Allow caller to leave voicemail or choose to have a text back to start text communication
Other companies have an option of choosing a text back rather than leave a voicemail, I see this was brought up by other people, will it be rolled out soon? Would rather not have to change providers, but the world is changing to text and we have to change with it.

Add an interrupt message when a call is placed on hold
