I would like to share my RingCentral phone book with other users in my company and have the users update the contact list to reflect on my account.

Call Rotation Missed Call
When a call goes thru a call queue in a rotation settings and a member was not able to answer, this will count as missed call which is should not count as missed.

Add Availability and Custom Status Indicators/Icons next to Company Contact Names
For Only Company Contacts, please show their Availability (Available, DND, Invisible) on their User Icon and the Custom Status Icon/Message to the Right of the User Name. Also, please show the Custom Status Icon/Message to the Right of the User Name in Messages Tab as well and anywhere I can look up a user in this system.At this present time the ability to see company employee status indicators is severely limited and unhelpful for an at-a-glance lookup of my coworkers. Option to stop the fax from re-sending
We would need to have an option for the fax to only send once. Currently, the system attempts to send it thrice before getting the delivery failure or if it was successful. We only need to have the fax attempt once, then we can get the result if it's successful or not.

For Multi Site: Receive incoming calls with announcement saying which site is callingcustomer have 2 EXT and on the 2nd EXT, he is routing the call to his mobile number but when someone contacting the 2nd and 3rd site and route the call to his mobile phone, he cant distinguish which site is this.

HUD pop out window on RingCentral app
It's great that the HUD was added to the RingCentral desktop app however, the only thing for us that it seems to be lacking is the ability to adjust the layout of the pop out window for the HUD. We still use the RingCentral Phone app because the pop out HUD view allows me to customize my HUD window more than the HUD in the RC app. In the RC app I can't get everyone to appear on the same size window like I had with the RC Phone app. Please see attached screenshots

Custom DNC
RingCentral should add a custom DNC.I would like to disable my company's outbound lines from calling my companies inbound lines.It would be nice to be able to quickly remove a client from being called.I would like to be able to upload a list of phone numbers, and my entire office would not be able to dial them. Similar to DNC, just a custom list.

Automatically Update Presence After Computer is Locked
It would be nice for Ring Central to be able to recognize when a user has locked their computer and update their presence to "Idle" or something similar, noting that the user is briefly away from their desk. Our policy is to lock your system when not in use, so if somebody locks their system and walks away to help somebody with something, it would be nice for Ring to reflect that the user is not available/idle/away, so that they're not still receiving calls, appearing to be available. Otherwise, users have to remember to change this every time they step…

Poly Rove 30
The Ring Central corporate directory is not yet available with Polyrave 30. It makes the phone less than ideal to deploy when users can't access the directory to call internal employees. It is a feature all our other poly devices support. The devices is undeployable till we have this feature

SSO Report for users Enabled / Disabled
SSO Report for users Enabled / Disabled.Account has SSO enforced on account but Super Admins have the ability to disable individual users to not use SSO. Customers would like a report that shows what users do not have SSO Enforced (Disabled).

Restricting Outbound Calls via Limited Extensions
We would like to restrict the numbers able to be dialled from our limited extension handsets. All outgoing calls are to be blocked, aside from emergency 999 calls. All internal extension dialling is to remain and be unaffected.

Allow to keep the same SMS thread when responding to number w/o or with symbols

Team Profile Pictures (Upload/Add)
Having the feature to add/upload PNG/JPEG pictures for teams/groups (just like individual profiles) this would make it easier to view what team has updates and create an easier to use flow. For both the Mobile App and Desktop App.

Need ability to increase Monitoring Group limit of 100
We have maxed out the number of monitoring groups, and need to add more due to continued growth. The limit of 100 is a hard coded value which is poor design and needs to be set be either user or RingCentral controlled variable.
