Call Queue Direct Number for Users in Queue
There should be a template created for call queues where members added to a call queue automatically get the Outbound Caller ID on their profile to be the number for the call queue. This would be useful for bigger institutions that utilize many call queues and constantly have to go into each user's settings to change their outbound to reflect the call queues number. Right now, Ring Central only has the template that applies the users direct number; however, the members of the call queues direct number is not usually the call queue number but a temporary number.

Inbound Faxing with Announcement Enabled
When toggling the Play Announcement feature [ON] in Call Handling, faxes are missed due to call(s) not being sent to Voicemail. I would like to have a feature that allows Users to Play Announcement to missed calls and also allow faxes to be received on the extension. Use Case: User leaves office and wants to play announcement to Callers that they are away. Faxes are still desired, but missed if User is unaware of this feature limitation.

Be able to turn off Emergency Location requests
Our company has no office; everyone works from their homes. Every day the RingCentral app asks for an emergency location. We have one mailing address and that's what I put in, but the next day it asks again. Being that everyone works from their homes, no one would use RingCentral to make an emergency call -- they would use their cellphone. Thus, we should be able to turn off the software's constant badgering to set a location. I was told by support that it is currently not possible.

Manually change status while "In a meeting"
While having your status follow your calendar, it is not possible to manually change your status from In a Meeting to anything else during scheduled times. Your status should allow manual override of In a Meeting should someone still need to accept calls during a scheduled event.

When forwarding a call, show caller ID of original caller, not person who forwarded the call
When our receptionists takes a call and forwards it to the appropriate team member, the call shows up on the team members phone as coming from the receptionist, not the original caller. would be easier for our team if it showed the Caller ID of the original caller.

Give "Call Ques' the ability to Present 2nd Call to a user 2nd Primary Line Button that is already active on a call.
was able to create work around by using "Custom Rule" to route incoming calls to Virtual extension and using "Call Handling" to add "coworkers" to "Ring all at once" .The problem with this workaround is, the user who answered the incoming call is not shown as busy or "on a call" to the other users.Please help.

It is helpful to obtain immediate failed confirmation faxes without putting in a ticket to support to inquire why the fax failed.

Many medical practices need instant reason of failed so that they may contact the office to request an alternative fax number to send to if the failed fax was due to reasons such as line is busy, not a fax line eg.

Ability to download/export RingSense call recordings
Gong only seems to allow us to share the URL of a recorded meeting but I would like to download/export the call. I'm hoping the new RingSense product will allow download/export as a standard feature.

IVR for order status, sending texts and more interactive experiences.
I just called Ring Central today and the IVR was completely different than what it use to be. It now has more features for announcements while on hold. It gives the caller an estimated hold time. It also sends text messages to the caller's phone number when the caller says "send chat" or whatever the prompt is. I wonder why that option is not available for their customers. Companies have been using those features for years and they are now outdated, but we still don't have those features available to us. Having the ability to automate and integrate our phone…

Feature Ask - Keyword Search within Contact Details
Client is asking for more data in the contact details to able to search when using the global search or when using the search field in the contacts.Currently you can only use first name, last name and phone number to look for a contact – either it be personal or corporate contact.Add new fields for a contact as per the next slide and make these fields searchable in the search engine.I have suggested notes, Skills and Location as additional fields.Alternatively it would be sufficient to have the possibility to include custom field which can be used alread today as above…

Log outbound calls when placing a call using from a Queue number - QA purpose
They use it for QA, right now we can only capture inbound call logs in a queue as per testing. Outbound call can be capture within company call logs. However, they only want to set visibility for those members of a specific queue.

Status visible on task bar
It would be helpful if statuses were visible on the task bar. That way, when the application is minimized on my desk top, I can see that I have myself in available or do not disturb. I continually forget to double check my status is available when coming back from lunch or the bathroom at work.

Add Meeting-ID as column in bulk download
It is useful when using InContact to be able to download the Meeting-ID as part of the bulk user download. This allows bulk upload into InContact for Meeting-IDPlease add a new column to the bulk user download for Meeting-ID
