  3. Would like to have a company contact cleared/deleted from own extension company contacts that is not listed in the account/portal. This was once a test extension that sync'd but is no longer an extension user.

  4. I monitor and manage 4 voicemail boxes for my organization (my personal box, my department's Call Queue box, and two Message-Only Extension boxes). At the moment, to check those boxes for voicemails, I have to log into the app to check my personal voicemails, then I have to switch over to the website and login there to check the Call Queue voicemail and the Message-Only Extension voicemails - which are located in two different folders. Please can you enhance Call Handling Templates so that they can be applied to not only RingCentral Users, but also extensions for Sites, IVRs and Queues.This feature would be particularly useful when we have been asked by the business to divert all calls in the phone system for a specific business area.

We will on occasions change a template setting or apply template setting to a user who missed having a template setting assigned. the user gets an email and also a voicemail informing them of a security change which leads to concern and confusion. It would be great as an admin to push out the template and not have the user notified. We have the box unchecked to email the user but they still receive the message.

  9. Hi,Could there be a way to disable DTMF codes? We have to test a fire alarm which includes pressing * when entering a code which then activates the DTMF shortcut rather than what we need the * function for.

  11. Right now, per https://support.ringcentral.com/article/Which-phones-support-Hot-Desking.html , Mitel phones are not supported as hotdesk / common area phones. Please add support.

  12. Currently, if you attempt to send a text message to someone in your contact list, the app defaults to the contact's Home number (if there is one). Why would it ever default to anything other than the Mobile number? Can you send SMS to a land line? a fax line?

Add option for admins to disable or hide the "All Employees" default Team.Many of us are using the new "Include User in Company Directory" to hide extensions and contacts that we don't want users to see or to accidentally send messages or call. But there is a new default "All Employees" Team available under contacts by all users in both the web and mobile RC apps. We need the admin option to disable this or make it only available to specific users, user groups, sites, etc.

  18. Many of the included ringtones are not attention grabbing or dont really sound like a phone. The ringcentral phone app for desktop (phone icon) has this feature, I think it should also be added to the RingCentral app (R icon) which is supposed to be more feature rich.

  20. We often have the need in our system for end users to send their missed calls to voice mail of others on our system. For example a Director wants to send missed calls that go to voice mail to the Admin Assistant in their office. The Admin Assistant then receives voice mail in the RingCentral App for both their own calls and the Director's calls. The issue is that the App doesn't identify if the voice mail is then for the Admin Assistant or the Director, no identifier is left. It would be helpful to add the full number called…
