  2. RC when listening to VM the number reads out as one long number and would like it to either say the number as a telephone number or read each digit seperately.

  3. Right now it's hard to scroll through conversations with the mouse or laptop mouse pad. Normally this is something in other apps that you can use the down button, but for this it does not work.

  4. Teams, Voice, Phone, and all of my other audio apps can interface with my car's built-in UConnect audio system, but not RingCentral.It would be really neat if RingCentral added this support so I don't have to take RingCentral calls on speaker.

  6. When a number is reaching an IVR that does not have a prompt defined, the caller will hear a "technical issue" message. This can cause panic as the customer/caller does not know what the issue is. It would be more useful for the caller to hear something like "you've reached an IVR that has not been configured".

  8. Customer is looking for the option to Separate Messages and Notification in User Settings when Creating Custom Role. Customer want their end users have access to the Message > for custom voicemail greeting but disable access to the notification.

  11. When i am in a message and I use CTRL Z it seems to keep the data in the buffer and it if you go to another user that info is retained and if you do another CTRL Z that data appears. How can you fix this so the data does not travel from person to person.

  13. We would like to be able to modify the text that is inside the email that Ring Central sends when a voicemail is received by a user or queue in our system. We have systems in place to add these emails to our CRM, but with all of the extraneous text and advertising, it makes review of these in the CRM cumbersome.

  14. I would like to show the address in the contact profile. We have the office 365 contacts connected and in outlook we have the address listed but when you look in the ringcentral profile, it is only showing the mobile number, email and department. Can we change what shows? Can we have just the primary email show and not all three that are attached to the account?

I'm quite surprised this feature is not available and it was one of the main reasons I upgraded my account.I need to be able to organize my customers into different lists and be able to send them mass emails. ie:let's say I have 100 customers and I want the following with some overlap:LISTS:1.)   17. Hello RC teamCan you implement something similar to a vonage modem where I can have any normal phone hooked with a telephone cable to a modem. At this time, dependency only on VOIP phones is outdated. Having the ability to use the regular phones as well would be great.Thanks.

By default, all numbers assigned to a Site show in the caller ID dropdown and all numbers assigned to a Call Queue show up for all members of that queue.We have Sites and Call Queues with many numbers assigned to them (over 100 numbers) and there's no easy way to hide all those extra numbers.We currently have to assign the numbers to a different "Number Inventory" Site and use custom rules to route the calls to the proper call queues. This hides the number from the dropdown but is quite cumbersome to manage and affects reporting and call log access…

  20. It would be amazing for callers to be able to send a text directly from the IVR. Something like "Press 9 to send us a text" or something thereabouts. I don't know if it's technically possible, but if there could be some sort of speech to text or similar, it would be a great feature.
