RingCentral to change the roles, so they are based on the location of the caller, not the account.
We have Ringcentral account based in US. Currently, users outside US need a Standard International dialing role just to dial/call local within its location (outside of location where account is based) because if we assign Standard dialing role, the user won't be able to dial/call externally but can ONLY call within RingCentral.

Allow users to see the caller id of callers calling the users under their presence
The feature will allow the other users to know if they can pick up the call intended for the user under their presence.

Give the admin the ability to clear a users text, voicemail, and other history
With turnover happening I "recycle" extensions that are already in use as to not have pay to add a new user every time we have someone leave, especially considering the extension is already set up. The only problem with this is that Joe Smith now has Jane Doe's voicemails and text messages. You should give the admin the ability to clear a users history so it can be reused for a new hire filling in a vacated role.

More Control and Options for Blocking Numbers
For Now, we can block via super admin and it would automatically add to all extensions.Can we have an interface where we could add/remove blocked numbers and select which extension it will be applied to rather than clicking each user and blocking the same number.It would also be better if we can add multiple numbers at the same time rather than inputting them one by one.This would really be a big help and easier to manage spam call and texts even clients that request to be removed from being contacted

When Logging In to Admin Portal to have an option to click on Fax Logs Instead of Call Logs
When Logging In to Admin Portal it would be more user-friendly if we can have the option to click on Fax Logs Instead of Call Logs for fax account only since it is confusing why we are seeing call logs when we only use fax service and we only have fax account

Downloading .concepts file through the mobile App
Downloading .concepts file through the mobile AppCustomer can open the file thru the desktop app but not thru the mobile app
Customer tried to Galaxy Tab S+, Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, Galaxy Tab Active4 Pross of the issue attached
consulted FS and as per them, it is FR and needs to be tagged as a bug due to limitations on the mobile AppCustomer is hoping to have the feature available even when using the mobile App1 vote -
PTT - individual contact or group
In the PTT, allow users to be on a global channel where all communication is audible for all members. Also allow the PTT user, to contact individual users directly without them being in a group.
Further, if a user selects a group, auto set them back to global PTT after the conversation is over1 vote -

ability to use license from parent cost center when adding user to child cost center
Currently when the customer adds a new user to a cost center, if there are no licenses allocated to that cost center the customer ends up purchasing a new license. With cost centers enabled the customer must take the extra step of moving licenses around to ensure they are not unintentially purchasing additional licenses. The idea is to allow an admin adding new users to a child cost center the ability to use an available license from the parent cost center.

REVERSE PARK FUNCTION
We are unhappy with the 'reverse park' function. When we put phone calls on a 'park location' our phone rings back after 8 1/2 minutes. We do at times have our customers on holder longer then 8 /12 minutes. We would appreciate being able to either turn that function off or extending the function to 15+ minutes. Thank you!

Reset and Assign
The User Reset and Assign capability is only available for users with a Super Admin role. It would be beneficial if this capability was an option when creating a custom role. There are areas of the Super Admin role that some of my team members should not have access to. Currently they are deleting the user and adding them back in which is much less efficient. Also deleting a users removes them from ring groups which we do not want to happen.

Checking the voicemail of another extension on my desk phone.
We wanted to have a feature that will allow us to check the voicemail left on a message only extension on our desk phone without changing the Send voicemail to of the message only extension.

Local dial-in number needed for Vancouver BC
When starting a conference call, there is no dial-in number for Vancouver, BC on the drop-down list of the available numbers. The only numbers provided are for ON, AB, NS, NL, QC.

Placing outbound calls thru desktop app, but dialing out from desktop phone.
I have a customer that is in the banking industry and needs the ability for tellers to originate outbound calls from the desktop RC app on their PC, but have it dial out from their desktop phone. The tellers aren't allowed to wear headsets, so they need a solution where they initiate the call from the desktop app, and then the call dials out from their desktop phone (as they will have the desktop phone to their ear).

In the task window, you cannot move the side border, which is very inconvenient and prevents you from using your application.

HUD restrict extensions in desktop application
As of right now RingCentral allows any user given HUD access in the RC Desktop APP to add any extension in the company (including executive staff). Allowing them to easily see the names of callers, recipients and length of call. This must be addressed.

Central Location/hub for SMS and Voicemail
Im a small business owner and looking to have one central location or hub that is shared between multiple users (extensions). For example: Phone calls, SMS, Voicemail, and missed calls can be viewed and responded by all users under one umbrella. Currently and specifically SMS & Voicemails go to one specific extension (say extension 101, but ex 102 should also have access to those SMS and Voicemails) and only that extension has access to it, which clogs the system of communication. ALL extensions should have the ability to hear voicemails and respond to SMS in the central location or hub.…
