It would be great if a setting can be added to change which notifications cause the RingCentral Taskbar Icon to have a red dot.For those larger companies that have company wide Teams, it would be ideal to have a setting where the Red Dot Taskbar icon only appears when receiving a direct message or just selected users. Without this, having company-wide Teams causes the Red Dot to appear in the RingCentral logo in the taskbar almost constantly and is useless in knowing if someone is trying to reach out to you.   6. It would be great if we could create a team (public or private) add users and then once the team has been created, we have the ability to create Workspaces and sub-workspaces. For instance, I have a subcontractor I want to communicate with in my RC. I create a team titled ABC Subcontractor and then add the users that belong to that team. Under there, I have clients the subcontractor will handle for me so I want to create Workspace for each client. John Doe Workspace, Jane Doe Workspace.   8. We don't want popup notifications when every call is placed on Park. This feature began on 6/15 when HUD went from Beta to Live. We want to be able to customize/set our popup notifications so we can control which and when we receive messages, phone calls, etc.

  9. There should be total control of what kind of notifications users receive when there are changes made to their account. In my environment there should not be an email sent out to everyone that is part of a call monitoring group any time there is a change made. There should not be any notification when a role is changed. That responsibility to inform the user should solely belong to us, the Administrators and Supervisors. It's caused a bit of a panic amongst our users when emails, unbeknownst to us are sent out to them regarding changes we've made.

  10. getting calls from call cue. when i hit ignore, the call goes away but comes right back after a few seconds if someone else in the cue does not pick up. need to find a way to make the "ignore" permanent. it is very frustrating to be on a call or in person with a client and the phone just doesn't stop ringing. It is extremely unprofessional in appearance.

  11. ... happens with direct calls. Add an option to allow all incoming calls to a call queue to ring to all queue members without taking into account the user status, as it happens with direct calls. This option would allow call members to manage multiple calls without requiring to capture other queue members incoming calls while someone is already in a call.

  12. In the older days, phone systems would have a hot button programmed on the desk phone that you could touch that would either put your phone system into "closed" mode or "wake up" "open" mode. This manual bypass would allow you to activate normal operations without having to go in and program special hours, for those occasional holidays or special days you open outside of normal schedules.   13. We receive many inbound spam faxes to our Users. All our faxes should go to our Inbound fax number so I'd like to remove all other DIDs from the inbound fax receipt. Support says I cant do it without disabling ALL inbound faxing. Case 15124796 - Block inbound faxes in local DID numbers

  14. Create process for bulk adding call park features to presence settings on multiple users. Right now has to be added individually at user level. When dealing with 50 + extensions that is quite time consuming. If could be added to template or a bulk update process would be very helpful.

  15. With a button similar to the attached screenshot, customers can create schedules for automation for opening/closing every OTHER weekend or EVERY other day of the week of their choice. This is a must! Would be helpful not only to your staff, but to customers more importantly. My office is working every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month. 1st and 3rd are off.   18. When sending a fax, although there are the fields of To, Company & Phone No., there appears to be no way to add that informaiton of the Fax Coversheet. Yet it asks for the fax number and which coversheet you want to use, along with being able to add a note, but nowhere does it allow you to add the recepient's name, company name or phone number you are sending the fax to, or the company name or phone number. I find that so odd since the To and Company are primary in any fax coversheet.

We need both the Click-to-Dial functionality we get with the browser extension, but also need the HUD-Extensions in order to quickly transfer a call to an extension pinned in the HUD area of the desktop application. This is a quick 2-click way to transfer a call, without have to type the extension, which is cumbersome in a high-volume outbound call center. It would be great to have the HUD-Extension as a menu available in the browser.
