Allow all posts to be deleted from a 'Team' in the RC client
CurrentlyYou can create any number of 'Teams' (chat channels) but if you want to delete posts from those chats you have to manually delete each post one-by-one.ProposedCan we have a facility where the administrator of a 'Team' channel can delete all posts and contents of a channel in one step. Call Queue Lineup
Urgently requesting a feature in which we can view all incoming calls within our queue at once. A "Call lineup" of sorts where all the calls that are awaiting pickup are listed so we know how many more calls need to be answered within a specific time-frame. There is no feature in the app to do this, and even within the admin portal, there still is no way to view how many incoming calls are happening simultaneously.

For SMS, settings to set the default phone number and group text checkbox
When sending an SMS, the app will not let you set a default phone number to send the SMS from.Every time my team opens the app, they must choose the correct phone number to text From, before sending a text.This does not exist in RingCentral, I've talked to their support several times.

Rotating Custom Audio for Hold and Connecting Calls
Would love to see a feature when you place someone on hold and the custom hold music will be random and not restart the same file from the begining. We've had previous systems where the hold music would rotate once placed on hold so itll never be the same intro song.

Disabling HUD company-wide
We're all getting tired of everyone else knowing exactly with whom we are speaking and for how long. I.E. getting a follow-up IM with the question, "Will you please call me after you're done speaking with John?" That kind of thing. Too intrusive.

Cost Centre added to Unassigned Extentions
The ability to see which cost centres each licence is assigned to in the unassigned Extensions list. This will enable support to select a licence bought for each cost centre more easily. Currently, we have to go to Billing Items, find an unassigned licences and get the direct Line number, then go back and search for that number. This is a long process and leave room for error. THis is for all account Types

Add un-delete function
Currently when you delete something it is gone for good. Recently our receptionists deleted messages on her deskphone and faxes that had not been routed to people yet were deleted. Un-delete in this case would have helped even if it was only accesible from admin portal..

User group access call log of the same user group

19 votesHi everyone, this should be available. When receiving an incoming call on the app, the call screen will display who is calling and to what number. If your concern is regarding call queues, you're able to select fields indicating what caller information is displayed, including Caller ID in the Admin Portal.If these aren't the solutions you were anticipating with this idea, please let us know! Many times its handy to send a quick snapshot of what is on your monitor with a fellow worker. A snipping tool plugin within message would make this easier than using the print screen button or the windows snipping tool.

Our employees change names (divorce, marriage) and it's important to be able to perform coherent user audits and also for names to be searchable. Send calls to Teams in E164 format
Send calls to Teams in E164 format.Teams is expecting calls from Ring Central (direct routing provider) to be sent in E164 format, which is a standard.This would properly resolve numbers to our Teams and Outlook contacts.
