  1. Hi, Please allow Admins to upload a Custom Cover Page on behalf of users and not limit it via the RingCentral Phone app. It will be great if there is an added functionality in the online portal where we could upload the cover page directly.

  2. Currently, main line is being a default as outbound caller ID of newly created extension. It would be best if there will be an option in creating an extension to choose which caller ID to reflect.

When setting a task for a team member, currently they are not "pinged".We have many "teams" set up with multiple members on each team.It would be most helpful when assigning a task, the team member the task is assigned to is notified rather than just having to periodically checking tasks throughout the day. Sometimes the task could be completed within a few minutes however it may be hours or the next day before the team member checks tasks.Currently if a team member is mentioned in a team, they are notified.   4. Instead of having to remember how to set a voicemail for every holiday each year, it would be nice to create a rule and have it repeat yearly for Holidays you know your company will be off... Like Christmas Eve and New Years. Currently, you must pick a "specific" date and time instead of being able to set recurring events.

  6. I have a bunch of contacts and it would be great if I could send specific texts to specific people all at once. Right now I have to add everyone individually. Ideally if there was an automation to select the groups and send out automate texts at specific intervals, it would take away all the manual work.

  7. Here is an example; user is assigned a +66 number but cannot make call to local +66 number, unless "international dialing" is allowed in that role assigned to the user. If user is assigned a full DL, and an international number is attached to their DL, the role should allow them to call another international number within the same region because it would be considered local (domestic call) to them.   10. Adding a dropdown menu for the "department" section when adding a new user, is important for the organizing of groups. For example, if one were to mistype a department(when creating a new user), a new department will be created. If there was a drop down menu, one could easily select an already created department. Thus, allowing for less errors, or duplicate departments.

  12. We have set business hours for our company, so that outside callers cannot reach us after 5pm, for example. HOWEVER, this also disables our own staff from calling one another. The calls go straight to voicemail. Would like the ability to have business hours for external calls and yet still be able to make calls to our internal RC users that are still in available status.

  15. Contact presence should show words like available, unavailable, in a meeting, etc beyond just the colored dot. Currently, when dialing a phone you have to click on the contact name to see the presence status. Also, a gray dot may not be readily understood.

  17. We would like to be able to have the option to bypass the announcement for the rollover queue extension. The queue that is being used as the rollover, is a regular queue, and it should have the announcement, however, when the roll over is activated from the main queue the announcement for the second queue is played when the rollover occurs.

  18. Attached I have a text chat with 4 URLs in it. For some reason RC is only parsing one of them as a URL. The rest behave as plain text. Position in the message doesn't seem to matter either, if the .org URL is in the middle of a message it will still be parsed as a URL and RC will create a hyperlink for it. Since .pvt is not a valid TLD but is a valid URL for our company I think it would be better if anything that started with http was parsed for a valid URL and…
