Allow RC users to make internal phone calls after business hours
We have set business hours for our company, so that outside callers cannot reach us after 5pm, for example. HOWEVER, this also disables our own staff from calling one another. The calls go straight to voicemail. Would like the ability to have business hours for external calls and yet still be able to make calls to our internal RC users that are still in available status.

Improved Bluetooth headset compatibility
Presently very limited Bluetooth headset compatibility. Some people can't use just any headset because of environmental conditions, comfort, etc. I've never come across another app that was so limited in headset use.

Contact presence should be more descriptive than just a colored dot
Contact presence should show words like available, unavailable, in a meeting, etc beyond just the colored dot. Currently, when dialing a phone you have to click on the contact name to see the presence status. Also, a gray dot may not be readily understood.

Turning off announcement for RollOver queue
We would like to be able to have the option to bypass the announcement for the rollover queue extension. The queue that is being used as the rollover, is a regular queue, and it should have the announcement, however, when the roll over is activated from the main queue the announcement for the second queue is played when the rollover occurs.

Ring Central needs to do a better job of parsing URLs
Attached I have a text chat with 4 URLs in it. For some reason RC is only parsing one of them as a URL. The rest behave as plain text. Position in the message doesn't seem to matter either, if the .org URL is in the middle of a message it will still be parsed as a URL and RC will create a hyperlink for it. Since .pvt is not a valid TLD but is a valid URL for our company I think it would be better if anything that started with http was parsed for a valid URL and…

Monitoring Impromptu Conference Calls
We have several users that have impromptu conference calls. They are requesting the ability to see who is on the call and then have the ability to drop callers as their part of the call is over. Currently, to insure that a caller that should not be privy to additional details, they have to drop the entire call and then start a new conference call with the smaller group.

Increase characters email under user profile
The email under the user profile is only limited max of 64 characters in total that's why it stops at letter l as it is the 64th character on your email. I need to be able add this long string email so I can get the alerts notification send to that email.

Prevent app from minimizing to system Tray
When I log in the following day, open up Ring Central and go to take a call, the client is often bugged out and the call never comes through which If I were one of our customers that just waited on hold for 30 minutes only to find the person that connected can't hear me, it would piss me off. I've come to realize this is because the Application NEVER CLOSES when you press the close button. If I wanted to minimize it I would press the MINIMIZE button. Sort SMS/text messages into folders
We send so many texts a day and it would be super helpful to be able to categorize them in folders. For example, a marketing folder, a working on folder, waiting for information folder....etc. Instead of having to wade through hundreds of texts to find the right one.

Ring Central (Classic) red customizable "Busy" Status
Please consider providing a way to set a red "Busy" Status manually without blocking message sounds the way the "Do Not Disturb" Status does in Ring Central (Classic).
Preferably a customizable Status where you could put a Red busy color, and then type in the reason for "Busy" (i.e. - Away, Training, etc ...).

Allow uploading of multiple contacts on the RingCentral app to make bulk SMS easier
It will be a great feature to allow the RingCentral app to copy contacts from multiple cells of an excel spreadsheet and have it pasted on the To: field or alternatively, to allow uploading of multiple contacts via csv file to make sending out SMS in bulk easier, instead of having to type the contact names or number one by one,
