  1. It would be nice to be able to leave blank spots on the desk phone, when you have an extension insert. That way you can have your main people on the phone, and the rest will be on the extension insert instead of the misc. people split between the phone and insert. It would actually look how it is displayed on the preview screen.

  2. Anyone who is joining an audio conference call just has to hit a link rather than type the dial in and participant code. It's more efficient and Uber conference has that ability.

  4. I should not have to modify my RC Video details in the right panel to remove require password or to just by default meeting ID. I should be able to set those and have the plugin remember my settings.

  6. hi, it would be great to add an option for customers to replay or record their voicemail again before they hang up. Any option that customers can get auto reply saying we received their voicemail?

  8. When using the RingCentral app on my multi-screen workstation, I will dock the app to the left side of my left screen. When a call comes in, the app will undock and 'restore' itself, forcing me to re-dock the app after every call.

  10. To be able to re-arrange tabs on the right panel. So for example I would like to keep the panel narrow (only 3 tabs) and am most interest in seeing "pinned", "task", "note" instead of "pinned", "files", "notes" without having to go to "..."

  11. Would be nice to be able to route calls to an overflow queue when maximum hold time for the queue has been reached. Currently the only option is to send the call to voicemail. The ability to send the call to another call queue would be very helpful.

  12. Today, when fax notifications come in, the "from" line shows "notify@ringcentral.com." However, my organization would prefer the ability to see the sender's fax # there, either showing in place of the generic email address or as a name that displays when the notification is received, thus masking the generic email address. This enables easier identification of the faxes, as we receive faxes over time from many of the same entities and, with our former provider, were able to use that from entry to easily sort received faxes within our inboxes.

  14. When using the webhook on the Glip API, received messages in a Team show only the "like" and "bookmark" button. Over time the the history of received messages is getting long. It would be nice to be able to delete those messages without deleting the whole team, re-creating it again, and ending up with a new webhook token of the app added in the Team.

  15. The following backticks do not work on RC Unified app (screenshots attached) when they are actually suppose to work. As a result, RingCentral should add this backtick on the app. Triple backticks also are a feature of Markdown, so RingCentral should support all of Markdown backticks.

  16. Our subsidiaries do not want to see the parent company name at the top of their app. We have multiple DBAs and each is represented by a Site. I would like each user to see the name of their site rather than the parent company name.

  17. RingCentral periodically blocks US numbers due to suspected Fraud. It would help if we received an advance notice of this as well as what numbers are going to be blocked.There are instances where the numbers that end up being blocked are actually conference numbers that a lot of people use.Without prior notice, it comes as a surprise when we are suddenly unable to attend a conference call, especially if it is for medical and legal emergencies.

  18. It's very disconcerting to hear the caller's number as "X billion, XXX million, XXX thousand, X hundred XX" instead of just reading each individual number like a phone number is traditionally read. "1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-0"

Said simply - make it work the way it did in RingCentral (GLIP) Classic.On the left side nav for teams, there are the three dots for a sub menu for teams.Currently the options are:Mark as unreadOpen team profileNotification preferencesMove conversation to...In Classic there was a menu selection for "Post Message Via Email" that would get you the long nonsensical email address directly. Now you must select Open Team Profile and THEN click on ANOTHER three-dot menu. This seems like a huge step backward to essentially bury this function 2 more levels down.

  20. The old RC phone app included ALL users and extensions whether a unique email existed or not. The New App limits contacts to real user with unique email addresses. We have desk phones and virtual extensions within our company and it is impossible for all to have a unique email
