  1. Can you add an option for recurring to be bi weekly or bi monthlyI am trying to create schedules and these schedules change every 2 weeks so I have to make them all individual instead of just once and allowing it to recur.

  2. Robert Half wants to enable SMS for all users and have any customer able to opt out to SMS which should then be honored for every RC extension. If one of their clients requests to stop SMS, than nobody at Robert Half should be able to SMS that number.

  3. My business has 6 inbound numbers; one main and 5 fax lines. All SMS to any of the numbers is directed to a single extension. Currently, there is no way to tell for which number the text is intended. Identifying which line the text came in on would help us determine if it is simply a "robo-call" or a response to the sender is required.

  4. A setting that would allow us to customize the default greeting for our user's conference line. Currently, when a client calls into a meeting, it says "welcome to the ringcentral conference line." We would like it to say "Welcome to the {Company Name} conference line." It adds a level of professionalism to the process for us. We were able to do it with Dialpad/UberConference but we just recently switched to RingCentral and were disappointed to find that we could not customize this greeting.

  6. It would be nice to be able to leave blank spots on the desk phone, when you have an extension insert. That way you can have your main people on the phone, and the rest will be on the extension insert instead of the misc. people split between the phone and insert. It would actually look how it is displayed on the preview screen.

For organizations that have multiple buildings, locations, etc. they would like to be able to specify what recipients get the 911 notification based on site.  Ex.  This was specifically requested by Special School District of St. Louis who has multiple locations in the St. Louis area. They desire to specifically notify key individuals at the location where 911 was dialed from.

  8. Anyone who is joining an audio conference call just has to hit a link rather than type the dial in and participant code. It's more efficient and Uber conference has that ability.

  10. I should not have to modify my RC Video details in the right panel to remove require password or to just by default meeting ID. I should be able to set those and have the plugin remember my settings.

  14. When using the RingCentral app on my multi-screen workstation, I will dock the app to the left side of my left screen. When a call comes in, the app will undock and 'restore' itself, forcing me to re-dock the app after every call.

  16. To be able to re-arrange tabs on the right panel. So for example I would like to keep the panel narrow (only 3 tabs) and am most interest in seeing "pinned", "task", "note" instead of "pinned", "files", "notes" without having to go to "..."

  17. Would be nice to be able to route calls to an overflow queue when maximum hold time for the queue has been reached. Currently the only option is to send the call to voicemail. The ability to send the call to another call queue would be very helpful.

  18. Today, when fax notifications come in, the "from" line shows "notify@ringcentral.com." However, my organization would prefer the ability to see the sender's fax # there, either showing in place of the generic email address or as a name that displays when the notification is received, thus masking the generic email address. This enables easier identification of the faxes, as we receive faxes over time from many of the same entities and, with our former provider, were able to use that from entry to easily sort received faxes within our inboxes.

  20. When using the webhook on the Glip API, received messages in a Team show only the "like" and "bookmark" button. Over time the the history of received messages is getting long. It would be nice to be able to delete those messages without deleting the whole team, re-creating it again, and ending up with a new webhook token of the app added in the Team.
