    We request the ability to automatically generate actionable tasks in the RingCentral app based on the task summaries identified in call transcripts.

    Use Case:
    Currently, RingCentral transcribes and summarises calls, often including follow-up actions. However, converting these summaries into actual tasks within the app requires manual effort, which is time-consuming and can lead to missed follow-ups — especially on days with high call volume.

    Requested Features:

    Automatic Task Creation

    Automatically convert identified task summaries from call transcripts into tasks within the RingCentral app.

    Tasks should be linked to the corresponding call/transcript for context.

  5. The customer is using the RingCentral service only for faxing. She wanted to see a report that will show the nuber how many outbound pages and how many inbound pages were sent and received. She wanted this information per number and per month.

  6. There used to be a feature to turn on the standalone window feature:
    Click Settings in the navigation bar.
    Click Phone in the left pane.
    Under General, turn on the Use standalone window for phone calls toggle.

    If you want the keypad window to always stay in the foreground of the app, click Manage to the left of the toggle, then check the box next to Always keep phone call window in front.
    Note: If checked, you can’t move your keypad to a separate area on your screen.
    Click Save.

  18. Requesting a way to update call queues in bulk. A way to upload a CSV that can update existing managers, members, notification settings, and other settings.
    A lot of the call queues require different settings, so a template wouldn't work.
    An import/export option would be nice to review all current settings and to apply new ones across all call queues.

  20. We have several accounts around the world with all accounts having Multi-Site enabled. We have no use for the default account numbers as outbound ID's yet all new accounts get that number as default. It would be great if it was mandatory to set an outbound ID for the new user account when multi-site settings are enabled. This would avoid the default use of the company number which impacts on reporting if the correct outbound ID is forgotten to be set. A drop down list of site numbers for the new user would be ideal.
