   The branding controls requested here were part of the legacy RingCentral Meetings (RCM) webinar offering, which has since been retired. The capability now lives in our current product, RingCentral Webinar, where a host can customize the registration page — color theme, logo, and banner image — to match their brand.    An IT admin can set meetings to start recording automatically whenever a host or moderator joins.End users can also do the same via Settings>Meetings in service.ringcentral.com. This has been available for several years and is configured in the Admin Portal under company meeting settings. See Configuring company meeting settings.

    This is now available for RCV in app! To turn on: navigate to Settings - Video - Allow incoming calls while in a meeting.There is a an on/off option available for enablement.
