  1. Use Case: The customer is using our RingCentral Call Queues for Customer Service calls and likes how they work. They want to extend their Customer Service experience to also include SMS. Ideally, they want to be able to simply manage the SMS within the Call Queue setting to determine which agents should receive an SMS, depending on who's available. Also, they want to decide who should be receiving the SMS messages.Feature request:
    Allow Queue Manager to determine which agents can receive SMS or not in the Queue setting, just like they do today for agent availability on calls

  2. 3rd party going to RC to reflect the number of the caller as the caller ID number. When setting 3rd party number to forward calls to RC and configure them to be answered by either user extension or call queue, the number showing when received is the 3rd party number, not the caller's number.

  6. Made a test call to a tester account and it works. When they call other RC numbers & other numbers, it shows one of the user's name on it which they didn't set up at all.

Many organizations use Sharepoint libraries or MS Teams created fileshare that behave differently that OneDrive (which also uses sharepoint but in a different way) -- Sharepoint is for groups of people so linking it to teams/groups in RCapp would enable better collaboration especially where the Teams embedded dialer is use and the RCapp is used for DR purposes

  12. We currently have the option to link the contacts/calendars from Google and Microsoft (Exchange and O365) and having the option to connect our Yahoo ecosystem would be a huge convenience for the many who use it.
