Revert Option+arrow keyboard shortcut in RC App. It breaks Mac's native behavior
In Mac OSX, natively, a user can use Option + Left arrow or Option + Right arrow to move the cursor back one word or forward one word. That's a consistent behavior in every application on the Mac.RingCentral App introduced additional keyboard shortcuts in 22.1.20.341 Web, 22.1.11.2682 Mac (Intel) release that changes the native behavior. Enable SMS from 1 designated phone number
I would like to see the option to make all users/extensions being capable of sending text/sms from the same designated phone number. Example main company line and not just the admin. Don't want to have to give out my log in and password credentials.

I manage 3 different Ring Central phone numbers. Would you folks make the phone number that is active inside my desktop phone application Highly Visible at all times when I am in the desktop application? Maybe in the blue ribbon at the top.

Fast Forward/Rewind controls on voicemail via deskphones
My users would absolutely love to have the ability to fast forward and rewind through long voicemail messages. They are able to do this from the visual UI when logged in to the service web or apps, however most of our users work from desk phones, and there is no such option when listening to the message by phone.

Automated Text Responses
This would allow users to set automated text responses similar to how they would on an email. Anyone who tries texting a RingCentral number that is in Do Not Disturb mode or outside of business hours will receive an automatic reply.

Outbound Automatic Voicemail Drop
Be able to leave a pre-recorded voicemail as soon as you hear a "beep" and move on to your next call. In other words, make outbound call and instead of waiting for someone to pick; drop an automated or prerecorded message for the second party to call you back, while you move on to your next dial up call.

Play a chime when the call ends
When a call drops, I have no idea because there is no chime to let me know. Also when the other party hangs up, I would like to know that the call has ended. This feature exists in competing products (for example Microsoft Teams). Thank you.

RingCentral App - Direct SSO Link
Currently - our users follow the below workflow for signing into RingCentral Glip:
1 - User signs into IDP
2 - User navigates to: https://app.ringcentral.com
3 - User selects "Sign in"
4 - User selects "Single Sign-on"
5 - User enters company email
6 - RingCentral grabs user identity from IDP & signs them into appIdeally, I would like to skip steps 3-5 (i.e. pass the user's email as a parameter in a login request, or hit a custom tenant url which performs an automatic metadata lookup)

Change to "Delete Additional Local Numbers" area in Admin Portal
This is a suggested change to the "Delete Additional Local Numbers" area in the Admin Portal. Please see the attached screenshot. Is it possible for the row that has the “Can be Deleted” to be in a different color, something like light pink, so that we can find it quicker from a visual standpoint?

I need an option to prevent users without numbers to make calls outside the organization.
some mobile users who are not supposed to be making calls, but they end up doing so and an additional charge is added to our account, I need an option to prevent that,

POP feature having agency management customers exhibit when calling into office

See what number was called in RingCentral Mobile app
On a desk phone, it is possible to change the settings to see what number was called if a user has multiple extensions forwarded to them. There seems to be no such feature on the mobile app. It would be quite useful if that feature can be implemented.

All users should see voicemail and text messages
All users should be able to see text messages and voicemails and not just the assigned "operator". With several users it's difficult if only one person can see voicemails and texts, especially in a busy office so it would nice if other users could be assigned that capability at one time.

Tracking offline and online time in RC Status
We used to use Skype for business and it let us know when users were away from there app. We would like to track this in RC but I it does not seem to exist. Please add this feature
