  1. Allow the outbound caller ID drop-down to be sorted alphabetically. It is this way in the mobile app but not the desktop app.

  2. We would really love/need an automated text to be sent if a client texts us after hours. We would want them to know we received their text and someone can respond during opening hours.

  5. In the old RC app, we were able to remove company contacts ourselves. Now we have to ask Support to do it, which may take 5-7 days, and in the meantime the contact being removed can still see our interactions!

  6. A feature that allows multiple users to be able to send and receiving faxes on behalf of a shared fax user. The multiple users would be able to send faxes with the cover page reflecting the shared fax user phone numbers and details.

  8. I would like to be able to have the administrator change the settings for the incoming faxes. We currently have one main fax line, but currently the fax line has to be connected to a user, and the settings are only available in the user's desktop application. There isn't a place for the administrator to change the settings on the admin portal.

  9. the new app doesnt show caller id. the new app is to wide . the old app was about 3.5 inches wide so i could leave it up and monitor all my calls.

  10. We have an equal amount of users with voicemail only extensions as we do DID users. Having the ability to bulk add these users would greatly improve the performance of adding these users to the RC system.

  14. By default, the user line is listed on each line (4 times for an 4 line phone, for example). The workaround is to add presence for a line 3rd line, which the end user may not need, to remove the extra lines. This makes the phone screen very busy when and is not a good user experience when most users only need one line.The layout can be made much cleaner by logging into the Web UI as Admin and navigate to Utilities -> Line Key Configuration.   18. I have realtors and customers. I would like to put realtors in a group (that is not on the same feed) so when I need to send text messages. Realtors are in their own group and customers in another.
