Add "Group or Queue Membership" to User details
It would be useful to have "Group or Queue Memberships" available on the user details page. Often times when disabling access to a terminated user account where the phone will be left on, it's not clear from the user details what queue that user is a part of and may need to be removed from.

Listen to the entire Message/Prompt before selection
Is there a way to make callers, listen to the entire message/prompts before they can make a selection? Currently, they can interrupt the prompts by pressing a number. We do NOT want them to be able to interrupt the prompts. This will make them listen to the entire message.

Incognito Incompatible with Dark Mode
My whole call center is for some reason only allowed to access RingCentral via Incognito Chrome. We are instructed to not use the app.
There is no dark mode available on Incognito Chrome.
Y'all. I have a migraine. I'm wearing sunglasses so I can still work. This is a nightmare to look at.

SMS Messaging for Australian Users
The SMS features as currently described and discussed are not available for AU users. This is a much needed feature and would be a welcome addition.

Forward voicemail to email size or time threshold
Hello RC, thanks for offering this platform.I would like to suggest a 'threshold' for the voicemail-to-email fowarding feature, so that short messages with no actual voicemail are not fowarded.We receive emails when callers do not leave a voicemail (for example, they record for 1 to 3 seconds).It would be nice if the forwarding ignored, or had the option to ignore, voicemails that are clearly too short to contain a message.Thanks for the consideration!

Enable P2P video between Polycom VVX and CCX series phones
My company has about 2,500 Polycom VVX 601 phones, all equipped with a Polycom video camera for P2P video calls. Polycom is no longer making the VVX series phones, so we're unable to get new phones for new employees, or replacements for broken phones, so we're starting to purchase CCX series phones.Currently, you cannot make a video call between a VVX and a CCX phone. You can make VVX to VVX video calls, and CCX to CCX video calls, but you cannot make a video call between the two series.This lack of interoperability is hurting the value of the phone…

See scheduled meetings farther into future on mobile app
I use the ios mobile app frequently. Unfortunately, I am unable to view/edit any scheduled meetings that are greater than 1 week out. I have to go to the desktop app to do so. It would be much more convenient to have those meetings accessible via the mobile app.

Block inbound calls that are forwarded to the RC numbers
Inbound Calls to the RC numbers can only be filtered by the phone number and there is no way to stop receiving calls that are forwarded from another carrier.Hoping that we can have a feature that can detect forwarded calls and let users decide to block or accept them.

Enable phones to call deaf persons on RELAYUK 18001
Were unable to call a deaf/hard of hearing person on out telephones. In the UK to call a deaf person we need to dial 18001 + the number EG: 1800107555555556. This needs urgent attention please as its not professional that we cant call someone with a disability. Thank you.

Make it easy to differentiate and sort by number receiving SMS/text
As a new RC customer I’m very disappointed that such a well developed program Does not offer the simple and extremely useful features included in many free or cheap texting apps ived had in the past. We need 3-4 different numbers for sms mms texting. One may be used for real estate for sale. Other maybe used for landscaping company, other could be used for boats for sale. Other apps we have used like Phoner let you switch from inbox to inbox based on number texted. Another app TEXT ME let’s you assign a color to the number. So if…

Silence audio of incoming call
have a setting yet on the app or on the admin portal that can silent the audio of incoming calls that only comes from the call queue. Having the agility of not hearing the ringtone all the time when a call is from the call queue

Send unanswered call in queue to IVR instead of VM
After the maximum wait time is reached, I would like to be able to send a call in the call queue to an IVR rather than the voicemail of that queue.Right now, the only option that I have is to send the call to voicemail.

System Wide Directory list. This isn't a new idea. It seems Ring Central designed a phone system without having a way to add system wide...
... speed dials into the system????. Admin have a constant need to add speed dials to their corporate directory so that their users can easily access a list on their phones and select the speed dial for an outside number. I am not talking about adding a speed dial to a key on the phone that they can press, I am talking about the built in corporate directory list that is accessed by hitting the directory soft key. This has been on phone systems for decades and should be on Ring Central by default. Obviously there are way's around it…

Every called that is parked should have a duration on the screen. Would be really nice to have the duration so the call that has been parked the longest can be picked up first

Allow site manager to trigger afterhours rule for site without granting admin permissions
Allow a site manager to trigger the afterhours rule, without granting admin permission or allowing access to the IVR.This would be especially helpful for early/emergency closure of a site due to weather.

Allow call queues to ring extensions who only use Mobile Application
Users that are part of a queue /or even ring group is not ringing their extensions if they only have soft phone / desktop application / mobile application which gives limit to call routing of the company.A lot of employees were now working remotely and not all of them have physical phones.

Block All Calls allow list should support internal extensions and site codes
The blocked calls, block all calls settings on a user extension should also support internal extension numbers and site codes, not just public telephone numbers and area codes.We have scenarios where extensions may only be accessible by a specific site or specific extension.

Forward a voicemail message to another extension from RingCentral App, or by phone
It would be useful so that you can forward a voicemail message to another user. From the App you would click on the phone icon, all voicemail, click on the three dots, and then there would be a forward option, and you could forward it to another extension.If you were to call in and check your voicemail, you could forward from the IVR and add a message, similar to a supervised call transfer, but this would be a supervised voicemail message transfer.

Changing phones
I have a desk phone at the office and a desk phone at home. Currently the only way to swap the phones out is to log into the admin portal. I would like to be able to swap the phone on the actually desk phone.
