Adding phone order information to phones and devices tab in admin portal
Adding phone order information such as order date and tracking information to phones and devices tab in admin portal so that admins and super admins can easily search the device and find ordering information. When in admin web, being able to search the device by phone system > phones and devices > finding the device with a serial number and selecting the device, it should then display the order information there. It seems difficult to find the day that the device was placed within billing, find the device, then search for the tracking number.

Delay outbound message by 45 seconds
Do to Medicare regulations we have to say certain things on every sales call. I would like to have a message played after 45 seconds, so people don't hang up when the message is played before I introduce my self.

Customer consent for recording calls
We need the ability for customers to consent to call recording for inbound and outbound calls and for some agents this would mean options for multiple languages. The idea is for customers to press a digit to consent to being recorded and then be connected to the agent or disconnected. If the agent dials out, it is expected that the customer gets an IVR that will request to press a digit to consent before connecting to the agent.

SIP ALG Test Confirmation Tool
Is there a way we can have a tool created that can be provided to customers, similar to the Network QOS test and bandwidth tests in our support documents, that would also help confirm if something like SIP ALG is enabled or another issue on the network identified to assist with troubleshooting and identifiying errors that may be network related?

Need the Desktop app to integrate with on-prem Exchange and Outlook (for Contacts)
Using the Desktop app the only options I have under Settings | Calendars and Contacts are Microsoft (365) and Google. We don't use either of these. Our organization uses an on-prem Exchange server and Outlook. We want to access our contacts using the Desktop app, too! We have the Outlook add-in, but we'd like to "advertise" to our employees that they can do everything communication-wise from within the Desktop app.

Batch export/forwarding of SMS/MMS to email
To archive and upload to client matters or provide as support for billing/invoicing. And that identifies the phone numbers/contacts in the threads. And with the option for different export/forward formats (i.e., pdf/excel).

Ability to use distribution list to fax to multiple recipients.
CASE:User has a schedule that needs to be faxes out to 7 different external businesses weekly. Currently their workflow is hampered by having to type out the email format [fax number]@rcfax.com seven different times. RC Office Client will not install on Standard Users for Windows 11
I have noticed this problem in latest windows 11 client installs on a domain, it installs fine on administrator accounts and the ringcentral app shortcut shows on desktop under the users\administrator\appdata\ringcentral path. However, once you login as a standard user the shortcut is no longer there nor is it in the users\????\appdata\ringcentral folder path. Its ont a amtter of pinning or creating a shortcut to a user or even outting into the public\desktop folder because it originally installs from the users administrator account, so if you end up creating a shortcut naturally you will get access denied because of the…

Disable email notifications for call recordings
We continue to get email messages from Ringcentral that our phone calls are being recorded. We already know this, we do not need emails constantly advising us of this.

Text message automatic away message
Text messages should have an ability to set an away message, similar to that of an email or changing your voicemail greeting, that will automatically respond to newly received messages. Our employees need a way to let their customers know they are not available if they are out of the office and intentionally disconnected. Without this feature we are constantly having to monitors each others phone lines and it is cluttered and in some cases intrusive.

Limited Extensions - Ring Count
Limited Extension Ring Count is limited to 4 Rings. Needs to be increased to 15 rings to match full license. Customer should not have to purchase Full License just to increase rings.

Disable Users to change the login password
If admin wants to disable the user from changing the login password, there is no option provided to disable\block the user from changing the login password. It will good if that option will be provided. In our company admin will maintain all the passwords of the user and some users change the password by themself. Please consider this and make changes and give some option for the same.

Add Contact Groups that can be applied to different sites
We work with multiple clients that have different sites, and I am sure many other RingCentral customers do as well. The global directory adds all phone numbers in the company to the directory, however our sites would benefit greatly from having Contact Groups that are specific to their site. Having the ability in the admin center to create different contact groups and apply them to different users/sites would be very beneficial.
