  1. As an admin, I cannot remove an SMS Recipient once added to a Call Queue. My only options are to just disable notifications, or to totally delete the Call Queue and recreate it. Need a "Delete" option for SMS Recipients on Call Queues.

  2. Our customer wants to be able to include via the "notes" field : the person's name , extension and email within their business contacts
    When adding contacts via RC app , on the notes field of edit contact they want to be able to save the details like this example below:
    Test name ext 101 - test@gmail.com
    Test name ext 102 - test@gmail.com
    Test name ext 103 - test@gmail.com
    Test name ext 104 - test@gmail.com

    But it does not let him separate each details per line instead it'll go as one line like as example below:
    Test name ext 101…

  4. It would be great if there's no gap on the ring when the call is being forwarded to an external number so that the caller would not know that their call is being forwarded.

The cover page generated by RingCentral contains crucial transmission details (sender info, recipient info, date/time, subject, number of pages) that aren't always fully replicated in the same format on the basic status confirmation report. The users want proof of what was sent, including the RingCentral's generated cover-page details. We currently receive fax status confirmation through email, would it be possible to include the server's generated cover page along with the transmission confirmation status report from our sent faxes?

  8. CNAM:

    No Central Database:
    In the US, there's a national CNAM database where the caller's name is stored and can be looked up by carriers. Canada doesn't have this centralized system.

    SIP Headers:
    Instead, in Canada, the caller ID name information is included in the call's SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) headers. These headers are sent along with the call and are used by the recipient's carrier to display the caller's name.

    Since there's no national database for CNAM in Canada and this is based on SIP Header, RingCentral should have a way to push SIP Header to different leading carriers.

  9. Have a seperate sections for sms texts to be saved into a seperate folder area (not add to favorite texts) so that we can have it saved for future leads when we have texts that we want saved without going through 50 to 5000 sms texts going down the line we have with all the sms texts.

  10. For a short time, we had the ability to check a box, that appended a message with verbiage that added the OPT OUT wording (see attachment). That feature is now gone. Please bring it back! One of the most helpful SMS things I've seen and used! Please bring it back ASAP.

  11. We have a Central Office and many Satellite Sites, we need to enable a few specific staff embers to be able to set their CallerID to any of the Satellite Sites, at the moment this is a site by site feature and needs to be a user feature

  14. Devices within a certain location should no longer require an OTP/code when signing in to different devices. The two-factor authentication should detect the login within the same server and should no longer require repeated 2FA/OTPs across computers/devices.

  15. We have a number of people who can do email to fax for a specific extension. As it is, when someone sends a fax via email, they do not get a notification of the fax transmission results. We do not want all of the email to fax users get all fax transmission results, just for the ones they send.

  16. I finally got they Poly phones plugged in at my remote restaurant. I have an IVR set up & I have all the prompts set up but I cant find where to set it to USE this menu when someone calls.
    the phone # for this remote restaurant is 317-548-0749. it should go to the IVR Menu called 3141 Menu. then if they press 3 it should ring the physical phone at the restaurant.

    Summary:

    caller dial the user number route call to IVR when caller press key press 3 it should route back the call to the number dialed…

  18. Able to select default region in the RingCentral mobile app. Currently we can change the region but after sometime or closing the mobile app it will revert back to UK/US. I want the region we select be the default.

  20. Our Customer Services team use the call monitoring feature through the HUD to monitor/support/train people with calls. We have used this feature but you cannot toggle Whisper on/off. You have to end the call monitoring session and restart it again, rather than just been able to press whisper again to turn it off
