Assign phone to limited extension
Currently assigning phones to Limited Extensions is a much more cumbersome than it should be!
Current workflow:
Navigate to Groups -> Limited Extensions
Find limited extension to assign a phone
make note of phone number assigned to the limited extension
Navigate to Phones and Devices ->Common Area Phones
Search for phone number
Select the existing phone
Click Change Phone button
Search MAC address of phone to assign
Assign phoneThe process should be identical to assigning a phone to a normal User Extension as described below:
Navigate to User List -> Users with Extensions
Expand Phones and Devices

Downloaded voicemail to include name - time - date - message
When downloading a voicemail and sharing it. The mp3 is just the message and not who it is from.
Have it include in the message the - Name if applicable - Phone number - Date and time it was received before playing the message.1 vote -

Click to call in Microsoft edge.
This can easily be done in Google chrome by the use of the Ring Central Google Chrome extension and the ring central desktop app.
At the moment this logic has yet to be applied to Microsoft edge. In edge they have the extension but it doesn’t allow you to access it after downloading the extension.

Enable Full Edit Permissions for System-Created Roles in Role Management
Currently, some roles that are created by the system during initial account setup cannot be edited or fully configured by administrators who are not the original owners. This limitation forces administrators to clone these roles in order to customize permissions such as access to the Audio Library and other utilities. Allowing full edit permissions on these system-created roles would improve flexibility and streamline role management for customers, reducing administrative overhead and confusion.

Ability to forward calls to own extension
Ability to forward the call to own extension after reaching the maximum rings. This will allow the call to loop and will not be terminated until such time someone answers the call from the user extension.

In the previous version of your outbound fax print driver, the Send Later function would default to the date and time selected for the previous fax sent. You removed this default which we use every Friday for a group of faxes to be delivered Monday morning. Put it back in.

The name of the Main Super Admin is displayed on all numbers assigned to the Company Site.
It appears that the Main Super Admin’s name is displaying on all numbers assigned to the Company Site. As a result, calls look as though they are coming from the Super Admin, even when they are not. The caller ID should instead display the company name rather than the Super Admin’s name.

DID or extension dial into a conference
Have a dedicated extension/DID that points to RingCentral Conference Dial-in and automatically enters a Participant ID. The idea is to provide users a quick way to dial into a company conference call without needing to remember or enter 9-digit participant or host IDs.

Monthly Automated Fax Logs Report
The Admin is requesting a feature that would allow admins to schedule monthly fax log reports for the previous month and have them automatically sent out. The requested functionality should include the ability to select specific users to be included in the report, rather than generating logs for all users. Additionally, the customer would like the option to filter these reports by Site or Department, which is not currently possible in the Admin Portal.
