I have a Poly CCX700 purchased/leased through you guys. Myphone says 'Visible as "Spencer Smith" to other devices. How can I change this so I can keep my headset connected but my personal name is not broadcast to everyone within Bluetooth range

Call Park Functionality Between Different PBX Systems
The customer has implemented a Cloud Connector Directory Integration (CCDI) which includes an underlying SIP trunk to allow ext-to-ext type calls between RC Users and legacy-Cisco-PBX Users. The Cisco phone is not registering to RC. He is trying to park a call on RC and then retrieve it from the Cisco phone behind the Cisco PBX on the other side of the CCDI SIP trunk.
Currently, this is not supported as the call park functionality is only between RC users.

I am looking to integrate with one of our entities. I would like to create short dial codes to call users on the other phone system. For example, I want to be able to dial 5220 and it should automatically dial an outside number and pause and then dial ext 220.

Separate ring options for phone calls and Intercom calls, or allow custom for Intercom calls.
Either option would resolve our issue of the intercom feature playing music or ringing before the intercom beep. Our company used an intercom based phone system before switching to ring central and they prefer to use that instead of calling extensions, but when you do it either plays music, or it rings before it beeps. If you turn the ring off, it turns it off for phone calls and intercom call so you just have dead air which is unacceptable in any business. Weighted scale for reps to receive more calls than others within a queue.
Can you please add an option for weights. meaning having certain sales reps receive more calls within a queue than other sales reps.
Example: If i the numbers of sales reps I have available equal 100% and I have 10 reps available. Each rep will have 10% of calls. If we can add the option to increase certain reps percentage (which will automatically lower the other reps percentage) so some reps receive more calls than other reps. This will increase the weight for one sales rep, he/she will receive slightly more calls than the others. etc.
