GDPR Subject Access Request
We are working through a GDPR Subject Access request. As part of this there may be data relating to a named person within Ring Central in the Messge part of ringcentral.
Is there a way to search and then export all the data where by name ?
This would be a request as a global search.

Ring Central Logo Colors in Teams
Use your brand colors when embedded in Microsoft Teams. That way I know I'm using a ringcentral service. Also why doesn't the embed version allow replacing Microsoft video in chat. You had that service for a bit.

Limit registration is registering with corporate email
Limit a user's ability to register for RingCentral with a corporate domain that already has an account. For example, if we have in our portal acme.com, then any user that tries to register for a RC account with acme.com will get denied and redirected to their IT Admin. Also, if we could register multiple domains to limit the registration that would be excellent. Verification of domain ownership would be done via TXT records.

Ability to recover Faxes sent from a number tagged as Robocall
There are faxes sent by legitimate senders with numbers being flagged on their account as robocalls. Blocks are due to the "Block robocalls on toll-free numbers" being enabled on the account. It will be very helpful to have a capability for these legitimates faxes incorrectly flagged to recovered.

Limit number of logins per user/extension
Please could you let us know if it is possible to limit the number of logins per user/extension?
Example - users can only login to one device, i.e. laptop, at any one time. If they tried to login with RC credentials for softphone on any other device can this be denied? If in the scenario where a users computer/laptop fails can the original registered device be de-authorised from the admin portal to allow the user to sign in on a new/alternative device going forward if required?

Add feature to organize Text Message Templates alphabetically or numerically so as to improve organization and make them more useful
Allow sorting of "text message templates". We use them a lot and it would be amazing to have them sorted by category (either numerically or alphabetically) so as not to have to search down a long list of responses that are out of order. Please add this feature!!

Differentiate Incoming calls between dialed phone number and dialed ext number in just 1 user
We have extension under user with number as Receptionist and that extension has ring all together/ringgroups that when the number under that extension was dialed it will ring all under the ring group. And what we want if extension number was dialed alone, the call will ring only to that extension not the ring group under that extension
