  1. We need a way to determine if there is an issue within our network. Do you have a tool that we can install, and you can ingest pcap files for analysis? We have about 20 GB of call data captured over the past couple of weeks we need help analyzing. We are unable to analyze the data ourselves because it is encrypted.

  2. We would like to see city and state on recent call history on the new RingCentral app - Windows platform. It is visible on the RingCentral Phone app and on the RingCentral app on my Android phone app but not my Windows computer.

  5. The ability to send an SMS message message to a call queue that does not have a direct number assigned. Currently you are able to send an SMS message to a call queue that does not have a direct number through the mobile app. This function does not exist in the desktop RC app. Customer would like this functionality added on the desktop RC app.

  6. Description:
    It would be helpful to have a Device History Log feature in the admin console. This feature would allow administrators to view detailed information about each device, such as:

    When software or firmware updates were pushed to the device.
    When the device went offline or encountered connectivity issues.
    When the device reconnected to the system.
    Historical status changes or any relevant activity related to the device.

    This would provide better insight into device performance and help troubleshoot issues more effectively.

I would like to be able to order the template texts alphabetically or what ever so that I can find them in a logical order. ie - all texts pertaining to Reminders, or Paperwork Due, etc. - I like and use the templates every day. I used to have a text file on the side of my RC that I would cut and paste into RC. So great addition!
