  1. The phone is sits at a secure door and contractors or visitors use this to contact staff internally using there extensions.Right now it is using the business hours set to Auto-Receptionist but it would be great to have a separate schedule/operating hours for this phone.

  3. Idea: Is to have a clone button to use to clone users, queues, ect that have the same or almost the same information so it can be easier to set up. Currently there is a clone button for ringcx but would like a clone button on MVP as well.

  4. We have a Cyberdata Strobe and 2 Airhorns provisioned through RingCentral. We also have a YeaLink cordless phone added as well. They are online and working, but will only activate when the devices are set to Ring In Order. When Simultaneous Ring is selected, only the RC desk phone and the YeaLink will ring. The Cyberdata devices will not repsond.So all devices will ring (and strobe will flash) one at a time with Ring In Order or only the 2 phones will ring with Simultaneous.   5. As a company it is a must to have one hold music. Which can be done but why give the users the ability to change it on their own. Best if this ability can be locked by the main super admin.

  6. It's like creating your own phone line inside of your main account. Callers find it quite weird if the RC account has many extensions then the call will be router to the while not included on the ivr

  7. It would be best if the attachments also show when the fax fails when sent via the app. It seems to just work when sending faxes via the admin portal.

One feature that I particularly appreciate in Teams is the ability to automatically tag or notify individuals in text conversations, without the need to manually insert the @ symbol.   10. We have support staff located across the United States and it would be nice to have a way to route calls if a caller calls from the western half of the US to go to western team, and calls from the eastern half of the US to go to our Eastern team.

However, there are specific scenarios where blocking internal calls (excluding voicemail) becomes necessary. In such cases, there is a requirement to limit the device to receiving only external calls and making external calls exclusively. This setup essentially mimics the functionality of an independent individual line, akin to a home phone situated in a separate location.
