  1. Hi Team,whenever we add any audio to IVR prompt or greeting or anywhere it decrease the quality after applying it to there.call greetings and menu information prompt in audio is coming in wrost quality after uploading it. audio quality should be fine and crystal clear .

  2. Import Multiple CSV files with 500+ Contacts each into separate groups.Then send bulk SMS per group through the App.It seems that the only option right now is to import the contacts to a general list, and have to manually add them to a group one at a time.

  3. I would love to see letters be able to be added to a call when someone is calling the business line. That way I am able to filter out much easier who is calling my personal number and who is calling the business line. For example if my business is called "XY" then when someone calls my business line, it will show up on my phone as "555-555-5555 XY"

I am doing some auditing on the calls that our agents make to our customersSometimes our customer's call goes straight to their voicemail, but it seems that Ring central does not record this in the call recording - is it possible to set it so that any voicemails that we leave our customers are recorded please?

  7. Some numbers are showing a different Caller ID when dialing international numbers. It would be great if the original Caller ID is retained instead of having to show a different Caller ID when dialing international numbers.

  11. its 2024 nobody calls everything is texts, telus and rogers and every other service provides unlimited sms , seems kind of obvs, u guys r jus scamming ppl this is ridiculous, how can u call urself a phone service company and not have unlimited sms, theyve had that for over 10 years now,

  17. So I have team made up of 6 users, and 95% of their calls are direct dials to the user not to the team as a whole. Then manager would look to see who is calling his employees so that if the user is away from their desk (or out sick) the manager knows if this is a call he needs to answer or if it is something that can wait.

  19. I'm trying to find a way to remotely uninstall all ringCentral so that I can reinstall the RingCentral MSI and fix this. We have around 300 desktops and while not all of them are having this problem, I can't go computer to computer uninstalling this by hand.

Desired behavior: Would like to have the option in the app to disable prompt/update request Current behavior: The feature always asks EXE installer to update when the version is obsolete.To disable the update option upon installation of the app. Using the MSI installer (IT version) is not an option since not all users are part of the company and they do not have an IT to install the MSI version.
