  2. Timestamps are important to be checked on call logs, with it only showing on the old layout means it will be obsolete soon. Please consider having the timestamp remain on the new layout for call logs.

  7. I would love to be able to turn off the missed call notifications badge. Only certain people in my shop answer the phone but we all use it for messaging and transferring calls internally. However I constantly show to have notifications in my browser tabs about missed calls. Makes it hard to know when a message actually comes through.

  14. Ability to create an extension specifically for Intercom. If the user is using a 4-digit extension, instead of pressing intercom and dialing the 4-digit extension, they should be able to dial at least the last 2 digit of the user's extension for intercom or create an extension specifically for Intercom purposes.

  16. Current Behavior: When Ring my phone when any user I am monitoring rings is selected, all phone models will have audible and visual call notifications (ring) with group pickup call information. It Only ring once.It will be a better idea to have option to set how many rings/minutes it will ring the extensions.

  17. There are only two options if the caller is in the queue too long, vm and disconnect. It should put them back in the queue. That should be an added feature. We do use vm due to liabilities so the caller just gets disconnected. No win for us.

  19. WHEN I MAKE OUTGOING CALLS, THE PHONE WILL RING 10 TIMES AND THEN DISCONNECT. I WANT THE ABILITY TO HANG UP WHEN I HANG UP. CANNOT LEAVE VOICEMAIL OR DISCONNECT.

  20. Prior to a firmware update, our Polycom phones had a dialing delay of 5 second prior to dialing the number. After the firmware upgrade this was broken and set to 1 second. This is annoying as it doesn't allow enough time for end users to punch in a number. Thus it dials partial numbers and assumes they are extensions. Please set this back to 5 seconds, and allow the user to push "send" on the phone to initiate the call.
