Send recorded VM with one click instead of re-recording every generic VM.
As an optometry company we have to send out generic word by word VMs to any patients that don't answer for things like contacts being picked up. It would be awesome to have a system created where I could record the generic message and save it in RC and then whenever a patient doesn't answer the phone, instead of re-recording every time, I can just push a button and it will send out the pre-recorded message. That would save a lot of time with the amount of people being called in a day.

Ability to BLOCK faxes and texts FROM the app and from the item similar to how we block certain calls
It would be useful and user-friendly if we can BLOCK faxes and texts FROM the app and from the item. Something similar to the ability (preferably easier) to what we can do for unwanted callers.

Ability to see RingCentral user directory in Dynamics 365 RC App
We have integrated RingCentral with Dynamics 365 so our team members can answer calls directly inside Dynamics 365. When using the RingCentral app to transfer a call internally we can search anyone in the RingCentral directory. Unfortunately, we cannot do this when transferring a call while using the RingCentral app inside Dynamics 365. It only allows us to see personal contacts or contacts that are inside Dynamics 365. It would be awesome if we could see the RingCentral directory while using the app inside Dynamics 365. Right now we have to do a manual import of all data each day…

Wait time greeting.

Often times our teams change and we have to create a new group text, it would be helpful to be able to archive the old text strings so they do not get confused with the current ones on our recent lists.

Add initiator name when paging a group
When a user pages a group it displays the group name on the recipients phone, no one knows who is initiating the page. We use this feature as a PANIC button and so it is important to know who is initiating the page.

Calling in number and its voicemail number be left anonymous
For MVP plans, we want a feature wherein once someone left a voicemail, it will not show the details of the caller. For Message-Only Extension it should not show as well the phone numbers that the caller dialed

Include the voicemail greeting to automatic call recording or the voicemail left
. We want a feature wherein the voicemail greeting that the caller heard on the call or before they left a voicemail should be included on the actual voicemail left. If the automatic call recording is turned on, we need the actual voicemail greeting that the caller heard to be included on it.

Separate Button for Group Text
There are users that always send Group texts and it is tedious for them to always press create group text or navigate to another option to send group text as the design and option on RC Desktop app is different on RC Mobile app.

Numbers to be in numerical order
I would really like the numbers in Ring Central when trying to choose new numbers to be in numerical order. When setting up an account for a new location, it would be nice to be able to get numbers that are sequential or close to

Grouping Contacts within RingCentral App
There needs to be an option to group contacts within the RingCentral app. This allows users to send specified texts to the contacts in the group, instead of just creating a group text. The groups can be labeled to better organize the conversations.

Allow Admins to turn "Accept Call Queue Calls" on and off via Admin Portal for extensions
We can see if call queue members are available, busy, or unavailable but cannot turn the "Accept Call Queue Calls" feature on for extensions via the admin portal. Some of our extensions are desk phones and there is no way to login as the extension to turn that on

Please allow configuring Company Numbers and Info on the mobile app. Previous versions used to have this feature and it's really convenient for changing settings remotely or on-the-go for account admins.

More efficient way to transfer to VM using the phone
Currently to transfer to voicemail on a physical phone requires several steps, While on a call, press the Transfer key.If your phone's default Transfer type is already set to Blind, proceed to the next step. Otherwise, press the Blind softkey. Enter *0 (asterisk zero) and then the target extension number.Wait for a couple of seconds for the transfer to complete automatically, or press the # (Hash key) to dial out.I suggest programming a softkey with the option to transfer to voicemail with a single press instead of having to go through multiple steps
