  2. I just called Ring Central today and the IVR was completely different than what it use to be. It now has more features for announcements while on hold. It gives the caller an estimated hold time. It also sends text messages to the caller's phone number when the caller says "send chat" or whatever the prompt is. I wonder why that option is not available for their customers. Companies have been using those features for years and they are now outdated, but we still don't have those features available to us.   3. Gong only seems to allow us to share the URL of a recorded meeting but I would like to download/export the call. I'm hoping the new RingSense product will allow download/export as a standard feature.

  4. Provide option for callers that are queued up (within MVP Call Queues) to exit the queue and be routed to the Call Queue's voicemail. Currently pressing 0 will route to the "Zero Dialing" configuration of the Site, and pressing * will direct the caller in an attempt to log into the Call Queue's voicemail (that is somewhat concerning in its own right). It would be nice to configure which DTMF digit a queued caller could enter, to route directly to the Call Queue's voicemail.

I've seen multiple requests from our Channel Partners and now have an actual Customer request to be able to include IVR Menus within the Company Directory (just like we can with Call Queues, Paging Only extensions, Message-Only extensions, Announcement-Only extensions, etc...). Receptionists and/ur Users would love the ability to leverage the HUD to be able to transfer a call directly to a pre-configured IVR.

  7. We are having an issue where the wrong caller ID is displayed when we transfer calls. When you transfer a call, if you press the speed dial on your phone, it will display the user's extension for the person receiving the transfer instead of the caller’s phone number. It is very confusing when we answer the phone expecting it was an internal call only to find an external caller. It appears that this was corrected for some other phone manufacturers, https://ideas.ringcentral.com/ideas/ENTCOM-I-48. Can you please correct it on the Mitel phones? We are using the Mitel 6940 phones.

  8. When the message screen is the main active window on my computer, I don't get an audible message notification. When another window is active window I get notifications. It would be useful to always get a notification in case I'm away from the computer that way I'll know someone is trying to reach me.

  9. It would be helpful to display the Status text next to the profile button if I set a status using the Share Status option. Sometimes when I use the "Turn off" option on the red DND bar I forget to change my status. It would remind me to either change\disable it if it was always displayed in the RC app.

  10. This new feature will allow the users to change their voice on RingCentral Apps into something else. We can also apply this feature on making phone calls / receiving calls.One best sample is to sound like a grandmother, robot, male, female, child, chipmunks and more..This is ideal during fun events, confidential calls, meeting and conference or a mystery shopper trying out the skills of their users on handling certain events or situation.

  12. Many calendars show six weeks, not just the days in a given month. For example, if I am looking at the due date and it shows today, January 27th and I know I want to schedule for February 3rd, I have to click to go to the next month. Many calendar updates are simple, but planning for the future can add extra steps.

  17. Customer is using the MS Teams Direct Routing integration (UC). They have expressed the need to have 1 streamlined platform instead of having their users on multiple platforms and products doing the same things. They would like to have their users to perform all of their IB/OB calling and internal messaging through MS Teams. However they do have a need for some of their users to utilize RCV.   18. I would like a feature to block faxes with specific words in them as the spammers just use different numbers to get around one specific phone number being blocked. Every week there's Roofing, Gutter Cleaning, Psychic Workshops, Inner Healing and so on. It's time-consuming to have to block individual numbers only for the same scammer to fax us the following day on another number that isn't blocked.

  19. It would be beneficial for queue managers to receive a notification that there is a call waiting in the queue. A notification through the Avaya Cloud app or Office app would be great so that managers are aware that there is a call waiting and can take action quickly.

  20. We have callers constantly pressing the wrong (first option) on the call route. When you call some companies, you cannot proceed until all options are listened to. I think this would be a really good feature to be added.
