I switched to the new layout for the desktop app and noticed that the message panel column takes up an unnecessary amount of space on the desktop app. I would like to be able to further narrow the left column (message panel). It eats up a huge amount of real estate that would be better used for center column with the actual conversation (see attached). The same problem exists on the web app. I am only able to narrow it to about 1/3 of the overall screen - which is a total waste. I submitted a ticket about this (#18823765)…

  3. I am using ring central with several extensions. When a call comes in it goes to my desk extension, then if I don't answer it rings my cell phone extension. But it also goes to my cell phone extension if I am on an active call on the desk extension. I would like to see a setting that when I am on an active call it can be directed to voicemail instead of ringing the cell phone extension. It is very annoying to be on a call and my cell phone rings and rings as hitting the "X" to decline…

  4. The message panel (Favorites, Direct Message) are still eating up about 1/3 of the app screen even after adjusting it to the narrowest option available. Looking for the ability or option to adjust it more to make it narrower to give more space to the expanded message column.

  5. Prevent Caller From Dialing EXT while on hold/waiting in queue.We have a call queue in place; while waiting in the call queue, a caller was able to dial out to an extension.

  10. We live in St John, U.S. Virgin Islands, which is a U.S. Terriroty. We are able to send individual text messages to USVI phone numbers but when we try to send group texts, it says we are unable to send group texts to an international number. Request to be able to send U.S. territory numbers group texts.

  11. We have noticed that Non-Super Admin users can elevate themselves to "Super Admin." This could potentially cause security issues and business impact.Non-Super Admins should not be able to change their role to a “Super Admin” or remove the SA role from other accounts.Scenario: We have our Non-Super admins that have “User Management” under their role, they need this to be able to choose a different role for MACD (move,add,change,delete) requests but we don’t want them to have the ability to change their own permission to “super admin.” Only another “super admin” should have the ability to change someone else to…
