  2. This feature can be used to automatically transfer callers to an external number, ie. a survey, after completion of the call. Then the agent wouldn't have to transfer the call manually.

Currently, if attempting to migrate a RingCentral Office account from Single-Level to Multi-Level IVR admins receive a warning that much of their call routing and overall system configuration will be removed and must be reconfigured. It would be very nice if RC could figure out a way to enable the migration path from single-level to multi-level IVR whithout customers having to rebuild much of their system configuration.

  12. . So it auto fills with people to the conferance pro and standards. Lastly you guy still wont add a carrier lookup to each number which is rather troubling. I would like to know what carrier the scammers are using over VOIP lines

  13. With Vonage i just need to press the (envelope key) message key on his Yealink T48S and it will show all the new message/ missed call but now i need to check per the specific line before knowing if its a VM or missed call

  16. When hot desk phones are in the logged out state, they display the tenant super admin's extension and the clock in the super admin's time zone. This should be customizable. I have hot desk phones in multiple locations in different time zones but now many of them show the wrong time as only a single time zone is allowed for all.
