Google Voice - Calls started from this device's phone app.
Under the settings on Google Voice App. there is the option for Calls started from this device's phone app, allowing the user to use their Google Voice number when calling from their device's Native phone app. It allows the user to use their Google Voice number for all calls, never, or ask user before each call initiated from the user's native phone app.This would also be great if you could implement this same option into the user's native SMS app as well.

Ability to edit After Hours VM greeting over the phone
Currently a users only way to edit their after hours greeting is via the app or web site. Even if the after hours greeting is active a user cannot edit it by calling into the VM system - the edit always applies to the Work Hours Message.

We would like the ability to upload an on hold recording to all our extensions at one time
We pay for a custom on hold recording that is updated at least once a month. We have to upload that new recording into the extension for each of our receptionists one at a time. We would like to be able to upload the custom on hold recording and apply it to all our extensions so the on hold experience is consistent across our entire RingCentral environment.

Unread Messages Bubble is Gray
Phone and Text unread/missed calls are showing up with an orange number, but messages is gray. This makes it very hard to see unread messages if you don't hear the sound.

Apply Custom Rule to "extension "
Many of our users have custom rules with a custom voicemail greeting. They use them for "out of office", "in a meeting", "out to lunch", etc. When a Custom rule is applied, the custom greeting is heard by callers dialing the DID and through the main line but anyone internal who dials that user's extension does not hear the custom greeting. They only hear the user's standard greeting. Currently the "extension" is not listed as one of the conditions in Custom Rules so we cannot select it. This would be very useful to have this feature. Turnoff messaging tab for MVP
Turn off messaging feature per Role. Allow customer to be able to select the Role to not have access to messaging with Desktop or mobile app. This will allow customer to restrict outside contractors for security reasons.

Block Calls
I contacted support to ask how to Block calls for our internal paging system for all external lines and only allow calls from internal extensions. Currently anyone can call that number send a page throughout the organization. They told me to go to the extension and under the Block Option "All Calls" and put in our main number on the exception list. Well that Block All Calls with the exception does NOT work as intended. I am asking, to please fix things that should work. It is exactly the feature I need.

Sync Company Calendar With Custom Rule
Instead of manually setting up the dates when the company will be closed during the holidays, users will have the option to sync it their company calendar instead.

Pre-recorded message to leave customers when calling out!
When calling leads, we leave the same voicemail 100s of times a date. Would like to have a way to click to play recording to the customers voicemail. So when calling out and voicemail prompts me I would like to leave the pre-recorded message at that point.

Abandoned Call Definition
I would like to be able to change the definition of what is considered an abandoned call. We have callers who call for one or two seconds and then hang up. I would like for those not to count as calls to avoid having calls that were impossible to answer listed as a negative for my team

Changing Prompt repeats
I would appreciate if I were able to edit how many time the IVR menu prompt plays on the line. Right now its 3 times, no one listens to a prompt 3 times.

Remove automatically setting user hours to custom if adding a user to a multisite.
We recently discovered that when you add new users to a multi-site it automatically changes the user's schedule from 24 hours to custom. It then copies the site hours under the Auto Receptionist. If the site hours are changed, the user hours remain unchanged Please remove this behavior. If you add a new user to a multi site the user schedule should be set to 24 hours and not automatically changed to custom.

When using the web version of RC - add a way to suppress background noise
When using the RC phone app or in meetings we have the ability to suppress background noise. We utilize the RC Contact Center and have received customer complaints on noise level. The RC web phone does not have the ability to suppress.

Soft phone integration with desk phone
Currently, there does not seem to be an integration with the RingCentral MVP App and our desk phones. Meaning if I am logged in to the APP there is no feature that allows me to make the App my primary source for calls. If I am logged into the App, both the App and my desk phone will ring.

Set out of office time frame with alternate call handing and voicemail settings
Every time I am out of the office, I change my call handling to not ring any devices and I set my voicemail to a custom message. When I return, I need to change them back which I sometimes forget to do. Other products, such as Microsoft Office, have the option to set a time frame when you will be away. The changed settings only apply to that time frame. It would be helpful to have the same functionality in the RingCentral App.

Super Admin can unauthorize any user from using the main company number at any time.
When you are using ring central for all means of communication for your clients it's a critical situation that which user is allowed to make outbound calls using the main company number, Yes every user have there own primary number but they can change it to main company number from my caller ID at any time. So I purpose to allow Super admin to authorize or unauthorize any user at anytime from using the main company number for making outbound calls.

Save Custom Status for Quick Access
Every day I switch between the same custom statuses. Rather than using generic 6 that are shown, I would rather it saved my last 6 that I used or accesses after initial use. This is a convenience thing with not having to type the same thing each time I change my statuses back and forth and choose custom emoji to match. I never use the generic status options so this would save a lot of time throughout the day!!!

Classes of Service
Please consider adding classes of service to enable and disable certain functionality per user. This can prevent a lot of unwanted behavior on the Ring Central platform created by new users changing settings without realizing what they do.
