  1. I discovered that there isn't a way currently to adjust our employee availability in the Admin Portal. This would be nice in cases where employees call out sick and we can move their availability as Admins to "Invisible". It helps us see who is actually available or not with busy phones.

  3. End users are able to forward voicemails to email manually through the Voicemail inbox in the web portal. This should have the option to be turned off (and turned off by default with HIPAA settings active).

  4. The request is for Service Web to provide a specific report for billing. It should include information about licenses, pricing, sites, cost centers and billing codes. Currently, this has to be produced manually using excel, references ins excel and manually copying and pasting. Ideal scenario would be an output directly using a single button providing all the information listed above.

Any new RingCentral numbers would automatically added into an active TCR Campaign as opposed to manually having to add in numbers though the Number Assignment page every time a new number is created? This would streamline the onboarding process for new RingCentral numbers and make use of an active TCR Campaign

Please add an option under Automatic Call Recoding that will allow for us to chose to enable the announcement for Internal calls.Currently the three options are:1) Play periodic tones for outbound calls2) Play Call Recording Announcement for Outbound Calls 3) Allow mute in auto call recording This has been asked before and turned down with the reasoning of ADMIN RESPONSE May 3, 2023Our Product and Legal teams have confirmed that this feature will not be implemented as it exposes RingCentral to unnecessary vulnerabilities.   13. i dont want calls to record in states where its not alloweed to record, because that its with the law. we used hubspots dialer before which could automatically turn off recording for those states

I need an option that will stop ringcentral "answering" a call and putting it in its own sort of queue before the user connects -- it definitely answers straight away and when the user connects it is part way through the mfa code, often too far to get the code. Similar to this in the community forum https://community.ringcentral.com/questions/96318/compatibility-with-voice-calls-from-microsoft-mfa.html but with other companies - support has confirmed that it is not fixed and needs a feature request

  17. Use case: The customer has a few 100 phones they want to import into the RingCentral Service Web so that they can streamline the provisioning process. Feature request: Add a "Bulk import" option to Service Web that allows customers to upload device Serial Numbers and align them to a device model type without assigning an MVP license or DID. That way the phones show up in the system as fully "unprovisioned"
