Change Prompt Box Height in the IVR Menu. It's Too Small!
Please change the html element #greetingText on the Prompt tab of the IVR Menu on the Admin Portal. It's way too small to write anything out and see the results. I recommend a min-height property of 500px, as well as keeping the height: auto for the element ".bootstrap-rc textarea.form-control, .bootstrap-rc-styles textarea.form-control"

Make the price of Additional DLs clearer within the ordering flow
Currently, if an additional number is required to be added to a user's account, it's not clear whether this comes with an additional fee ($4.99CAD monthly / $59.88CAD per year) and therefore clients do not know/expect the additional price. There isn't a page within the workflow that shows the price for a secondary DL and asks for acceptance, as there is when adding a new license or new phone. Could this be added to make it extra clear there's a charge associated with adding an additional DL?

@mention to include just the first name in Glip
Feature parity with MS Teams - which allows you to shorten an '@' mention to just be the person's first name. Makes this a little more friendly to the recipient.

allow a notification for the conversation that is currently in view in the Ringcentral app
customer would still want to be notified of a new message even if the app is in the foreground and the conversation is currently in view, at the moment only notifications for other conversations as long as they are not in view sends notifications

Search Text in Adaptive Cards
We have notifications go into RingCentral from incoming webhooks in form of adaptive cards. They contain text that can be selected and even copied but cannot be searched within the RingCentral app. Would it be possible to update the search function to be able to do this?Thank you!

SSO feature similar to Google Workspace
User is requesting a feature similar to Google Workspace SSO.Once the the user get disabled in Google Workspace, it wont be able to log in using the RingCentral for Teams (SSO).Currently on RingCentral system, user have to log in to the stand alone Ring Central app (mobile, desktop and web version). Admin need to disable or delete the User's extension on the admin page to restrict access.

IVR without the need for user input
Currently, when creating an IVR, the system is designed to prompt for a key to be pressed; there is no option to act with no user iteration. For instance, if I want to play a greeting message and immediately after the greeting transfer the call to an extension, this is just not possible because, after the greeting, the user will be required to select and option (press 0-9 keys)

Caller ID for all incoming calls
We want to have caller ID for all external incoming calls, doesnt matter if its incoming to an extention, direct line, or call que. Not sure why this does not exist yet, very basic thing to have for a phone company. At this stage, we have 35 employees and none of them are able to see who is calling them. Very shocked that RC does not have this in place already.

I would like to extend the record of fax that has been sent for more than 30 days for Standard and Fax only plan.
I am looking for an Driver/vehicle examination report from Ohio state highway patrol motor carrier enforcement. Fax should be sent out on 02/08/2023 or few days later. I am trying to get the copy of this document as a proof that is signed by myself to avoid penalty charges of up to 10 000$. Thank you

On-hold Indicator to Remind User a Caller is on Hold in Softphone App
We would like to have an on-hold indicator for our customer facing users, that use the softphone app. This would give them an alert at a certain interval reminding them they have a caller on-hold, if the caller has been on hold past a certain amount of time.

Support NFC Connection on Android phone for Poly Edge E450
We have our new Poly Edge E450 phones setup for hotdesking. Currently they work the normal way, to login you would enter your extension and PIN on the phone. But the phone had functionality to automatically log you in using NFC on Android mobile. The NFC works to pair you to the phone via Bluetooth and it will be very beneficial not only to us but to others to have this kind of fature be supported in RC system.

Custom voice message for ringcentral phones when offline
Just got off the phone with tech support and there is no option for a custom message when the ringcentral phones are unreachable (example internet down, phone not working correctly etc) You hear the generic message "I'm sorry no one is available to take your call. Good Bye" We are a restaurant chain that relies on phone in orders. Our POS system is internet web based I would love the tell the customers to visit our website or phone app to place an order. Ability to add a note when when you forward a message
When you forward a message to another team or another member, it would be beneficial to add a note. Right now, after you forward, you have to post a message adding additional content.
