  6. We have maxed out the number of monitoring groups, and need to add more due to continued growth. The limit of 100 is a hard coded value which is poor design and needs to be set be either user or RingCentral controlled variable.

  8. We would like to have a general voicemail box that would allow us in the app in to view new voicemails from multiple users. The email gets convoluted due to the amount of emails received. It would be nice to go to the app and have the voicemails showing and being able to click on them for a user to check mark that they have taken care of it.

One is able to mark texts unread in order to flag them for future reference when using the RingCentral app, however, when using the desktop application, this is not possible. sometimes if there is a response from the patient/client and the application happens to be open to that text thread, it is marked as read when it hasn’t been noticed before the user clicks away onto another section of the desktop application and is therefore missed.   10. With our old phone system (Mitel), there was an applet named Phone Assistant(https://oneview.mitel.com/s/article/Phone-Assistant). It provided a one-page view of all users and their current status (On a call, DND, idle, out, etc.). It was extremely helpful as call handlers can quickly make decisions on who can accept a call transfer.The closest thing to this with RingCentral would be to look at everyone's status in the messaging page of the RingCentral app. Due to regulatory restrictions, we needed to have the messaging feature disabled in our RingCentral app. In an effort to duplicate something similar, our RingCentral expert helped…

I don't have a physical desk phone and rely solely on the RingCentral Windows app. I typically have other applications running in front of the RingCentral app and since I am only in the RingCentral app a small percentage of my day, often times I forget that DND is on when I return to my desk.   14. The VVX 350 Polycom desk phone does not remember the Speaker Phone volume after powering off and on againPlease configure the phone, so it remembers the Speakerphone volume.The Polycom phone does remember the Ring volume on the phone when unplugging from the power and plugged it back in.

  18. I have spent countless hours on hold with Ringcentral's porting team and my cell phone company in Canada from which I am trying to port numbers into Ringcetral. Ringcentral's MVP package looks awesome and I've got it all set up on my end, just waiting for my numbers to be ported. Problem is, even though I've done everything right, and even though my cell phone company has done everything right, attempt after attempt fails. Ringcentral sends the same (poorly written) template email every time, stating that the failure happened because I didn't respond to the authorization text messages fast enough.…

  19. We commonly have team members use emoji's react to posts. When performing investigations we have found there does not seems to be a way to see a time stamp of when the user reacted with an emoji to a post and we can only see the date/timestamp of the post itself.We would like to not only see the user that had the reaction, but the date/time they reacted to it.
