Disable fax feature on RC mobile app
Hello, We would like to be able to turn off the fax feature on our mobile apps.We are encouraging all our employees to use the mobile app on their cell phones but we do not want them to have access to our clients medical records (they are usually sent by fax).

Ability to answer queue calls even if user/extension in on DND
Customer want to have a setup where the call is always routing to one person (our secretary), but if she's not available (either on a call or marked as DND), it fails over to someone else.

Show cover page with Failed fax transmission notification
When getting a failed fax transmission email we receive the phone number we faxed and the attached documents but not the cover page. Sometimes we fax multiple times to the same fax number but they are for different clients. There is no way of knowing which one failed cause the document names are the same. Also when going to the failed faxes you can't click on the document to view the pdf like you can for successfully sent faxes. So perhaps a fax notification option to add the first page of the cover page to the notification. Thanks.

allow "forward voicemail messages to email" in the app & mobile app, not just in the online account

Increase Received Faxes Limit for more than 200
Customer wanted to increase the received faxes limit from 200 as it as they do not want their faxes to be automatically deleted from their app once it reached the maximum number of received faxes of 200.

Option to Include Ext number in Presence
Right now only the logged on user is diplayed on the Polycom phone. We need to add the extension as well. We recently had an emergency and a user picked up a nearby phone and made a page but he did not know the extension of the phone he was using.

Allow editing a text when forwarding
We use the old RC Phone app still largely because this feature does not exist yet in the newer desktop app. Currently, texts can be forwarded to a new number but cannot be edited before sending.
