  1. When in a call, other calls can ring through. We would like to be able to send the call to voicemail manually, instead of having them wait in the queue.

  2. When we call out to a member to resolve an issue and hang up with them, we need time to follow up on items from the call, but other calls can come in. So there is no delay between outbound call hang ups and inbound calls.

  3. The customer utilizes the HUD to see extensions that are active, online, offline, etc. Almost all end-users use the app which show in the HUD correctly but we've got 6 Polycom phones where the status does not change between when the phone is in use or not in use.

  4. It does not make sense that you could program a user extension on a line key, but cannot program a Page Only extension or external phone number as a Line Key. Please fix this.

  5. Give user's the ability to create, edit, delete, store, manage and use Canned Responses in all RC App messaging. Rather than continually typing the same/similar responses over and over, allow the user to select from their Canned Responses.

  6. We have finished with the SMS registration for about two weeks. Last step was to assign the numbers to the campaign. We are still getting a message banner when we launch Ring Central and it is confusing some of the users into thinking they need to do something to complete the registration process. Could we please have the message turned off or have an option to turn it off in the admin portal?

  7. It would be very helpful if we could filter the extensions to only show the ones that are selected. Currently you have to filter by other fields or go through each page to find which extension is currently set for the key.IVR Menus >> Key Presses >> Edit

  9. Add audio indication when user gets a call as an overflow agent. Right now only the line flashes, but having an audio indication would be helpful. A flashing only line can easily be missed

  12. We have several business units. Some use direct dial numbers and some extensions. When using the DND (Dial by Name Directory) feature, an automatic announcement indicates that the call is being transferred to USER, extension XXXX. We do not want external callers to know the extension of our users. Unfortunately, we cannot suppress this announcement.

  14. it would be helpful if all calls received by a user extension from a call and when a user ended the call, it should not be tagged as refused since it is confusing whether the user is actually ending the call or not.

  18. It is helpful to obtain immediate failed confirmation reason without putting in a ticket to support to inquire why the fax failed. Many medical practices need instant reason of failed so that they may contact the office to request an alternative fax number to send to if the failed fax was due to reasons such as line is busy, not a fax line eg.

  19. While in a RingCentral meeting, our users would like to have shared screens and participant camera feeds in separate windows, so that the screen share can be maximized to full screen on one monitor and the participant camera feeds can be dragged over to a secondary monitor.
