Dial-by-Name with 2 digit dialing only
They have a user who has a 2 characters last name only and the request to have the dial by name directory press option to allow 2 digit dialing instead of 3.
Behavior: When the caller chooses dial by name directory from the IVR option , they requests for 2 digits/characters to be allowed instead of 3
Step to Reproduce:
Dialed Main number
Choose DIAL-BY-NAME DIRECTORTY

Multiple call handling states
I would like to see RC give users the ability to have multiple voicemails and call handling rules for different modes. Like 1 for available, but can't get to phone, one for in a meeting, on for out of office. Each of these modes would then have the ability to set call forwarding rules different from the others.

Reply with voice message isn't available on iPhones
All of our iPhone users are unable to select "Reply with voice message" when receiving a call. This article shows that the option should be available. Notification Editor
We would like to change notification subject and body on calls as currently it's an incomprehesible mess especially if forwarding is in place. Send Google/Apple Maps Links via SMS
Seems crazy that you can't SMS a customer a Google/Apple Maps link to a location as it's getting marked as spam. We're a service based business that travels and meets customers on various site locations. Often times the 'address' given brings people to the wrong location so it's easier to drop a PIN and share the actual hyperlink to the meeting location. See an example below.

Call queue setup
Need to have an option to change how we setup a call queue. As an example, we activated a call queue by selecting Call Queue Managers. After we activating, we want to have an option to change from "Call Queue Managers" to Email address and vice-versa.

Using Fax From Field in Ring Central

Ability to Remove Call Recordings
The customer would like to have the ability to remove the call recordings without deleting the call logs while the recording is still within the 90-days retention periodn. They have a customer who has requested this, but they do not want to delete or remove the whole recording from the system. They still want to be able to see that they have had those calls, just not allow anyone to download or listen to them.

Manipulate phone from Client
For people that are coming from the Mitel MiVoice Connect the have the ability to manipulate the physical phone from the client. For instance, if they get a call the can press a green button an connect the call the their phone. They have the ability to check voicemail from the app (I find that this is available but there are restrictions). If they take a call on their physical phone, they have the ability on Mitel to transfer that call from the App. I am finding that this is becoming a struggle with users as we move them over

incoming call information from the RingCentral number to the external number
so I have a few different RingCenrtal phone number extensions forwarding to my cell phone. instead of the caller id showing up as the phone number of the customer, i would like it for it to show the name of the business that was called so i know which store was called on my cell instead of seeing a bunch of phone numbers

Incoming Caller ID To Show The Extension Called Instead Of The Customer's Number
We have multiple store locations and sometimes our reps have to have our different extensions forwarded to their cell phones to handle calls for multiple stores. They get confused of which location was called because all of the incoming calls only show the numbers of the customers phone. We would really like to see the store name that was dialed as the incoming caller id instead of a phone number so we know which location we're answering the phones for.

On a Ring Central Line with a physical phone assigned to it we would like to have a field in the Admin Portal that limits the number of ...
...incoming calls to that line with so that a second call that comes in will go to voice mail. Right now we are bound by the feature of 10 incoming calls before going to voice mail.. One of our lines is used at a business that receives a lot of phone calls and the staff that man the phone sometimes are not used to taking multiple calls at one time. Ultimately the 2nd call should go to voice mail and not ring the physical phone just like the "old days" of landlines, etc. Some of the staff are older retirees…

Call pickup where non Call Queue members can pick up call without using overflow
I would like to have other people (non call queue members) be able to pickup the phone call if they are available, but the voicemail shouldn't land in their voice mailbox. The Front Desk should still have the ownership of the call and be tasked with calling them back.. There is also additional confusion for out clients\patients when they get to a different mailbox from the extension they selected.

Download option for Meeting and Call Recordings in Mobile App
Since there was no option to share the recording to external contacts, there should be an option to download the Meeting and Call recordings in the mobile app especially if it's your only available device when you need to send it.

Audio/video Streaming using link for youtube-like video playing
