Search for specific numbers when adding number
Currently, when adding a new local number to the account via admin portal there is no way to search for a specific number. Instead you must view all available numbers and refresh or go through a list.It would be more convenient to have the ability to search for a specific number beyond the area code when looking at numbers to add to the account.

Add Public Holidays into the Call Queue Schedule
I understand that we have custom rules in place but when you are a big organisation with multiple call queues in different time zones the config can become a mess.We have simplified our call queues by using the overflow features instead of custom rules. This has set our routing in place and now we want a feature to be able to specify when the office will be closed.We should be able to input public holidays in the schedule, automatically setting that call queue to not available on the specific days.

Make the SMS resend icon actually work
When an SMS message fails to send there is a small red redo/resend arrow next to it. It however does nothing but in the "desktop phone" app this resend button works to resend the message.

Do not have a text send when pressing 'Enter' on desktop
In the iPhone app, pressing 'Enter' goes to the next line in the text to start a new paragraph. On the Windows desktop version, pressing 'Enter' sends the text. Please change the desktop app to be like the iPhone app so I don't accidentally send my text with only the recipient's name, or just before I put my name at the end. Please have the text send only by clicking the paper airplane.Or at least provide options in the settings for how people want to send their texts.Thank you!

Call Trap
Our law firm has been inundated with spoofing-type calls. It interrupts our business day, fills our voicemail box, and is simply frustrating. A call trap option could help reduce these calls. Please develop an option for use with our Ring Central service.

Add the line registration feature for the RingCentral app (mobile and desktop). Without this feature functions like the Call Me function...
... through the RC admin portal do not work for users only using the Desktop and Mobile app versions of RC.. We contacted RingCentral support about some of our users not being able to use the Call Me function to receive calls to their mobile and desktop apps and RC support's response was only desk phones and RingCentral Phone is currently setup to do this. They suggested we put in a new idea to get the RC desktop and mobile apps added to their line registration page (why wasn't this considered before this) so we're posting that idea here. As…

Download call recording with the name or number of the caller.Call recording should at least included the name or the number or date and time of the calls, in order for the customer to identify the call recording easily.For now customer is downloading the call recording and they are manually updating the file as per their reference

Customizable password policies
Plain and simple, a check box or something that forces all users in the organization to adhere to a password policy. I.E. forcing password changes after 3-6 months, complex passwords only, ETC.

Specific user can be selected to do not include them having access in the call recording
An example scenario is having a role or a feature setting where we can select the specific users that can or cannot access the recordings for the whole account instead of just having a user only or company only which is all to include having access in their recordings/logs. We are requesting for individual users to be selected aside from having customized role/group to be created.

Delete a text (for both sender and receiver)
If a text was sent with an error, retract the text. There can be a time limit, i.e., within 1-3 minutes of sending text.

Quick contacts access when transfering a call (Desktop and Mobile Apps)
We can add company contacts to our Quick contacts access but when we receive a call and want to transfert it to someone else, we have to search the contact in the global list again. If we could have the possibility to access our Quick Contacts from there, it would save some time as it's when we are on a call that we have to redirect it the fastest way.

Do not allow other admins to make changes while another admin is already making changes
On a large account, it is counter productive to have multiple admins making the same changes to call queues or user profiles at the same time. There should be a way to ensure admins know when a change was last made to a queue/user profile, or that someone else is currently making changes so both parties are not doing the same work.

Stop Canceling texting when a new call comes in.
when Texting, or using the keyboard for anything and a new call comes in the app minimizes the keyboard. Clearly im typing something I don’t want it minimizing every call. Happened 3x typing this message…

Make Phone Numbers in the caller ID available quicker.
In freight sales we have to log #s with offers. If I miss the # while on the call, im forced to refresh until the number appears which wastes valuable time I can be answering other lines.

Search Contacts by Nickname, Custom ID or Practically Any Field
Currently in RingCentral phone app, contacts are searchable only by First Name, Last Name or Phone number. Contacts should be searchable by any populated field. We would appreciate if contacts were searchable by at least Nickname or a custom ID (example employee number or customer number), I'm sure this will be very helpful for other customers too. RC - Please implement it asap.Others - Please vote and comment. If you have raised a similar idea, please provide reference to that so that RC can merge all ideas and imeplement them.

Ability to Create Button Speed Calls from RC WebGUI
On the Poly VVX-450 the only way to create button speed calls is to create it locally within the phone. I'd like to this this work within the RingCentral User/Admin WebGUI just like it is for Presence for other users. Along with other buttons, such as turning on forward for service calls to an after hours call center.

Yealink T4xU button templates and configuration
Add an interface to allow button templates and customizing phone settings. There is already a provisioning tools setup since anytime you add someone to the HUD it adds a speed dial/monitor button to the Yealink phones.
